Just had my first progesterone introduced hopefully the effects of oestrogen on my body will feel a bit more balanced from now on. Had really bad joint pains again today after my gardening stint yesterday!

@LuckyNovember thank you! I hate not knowing when my period will start. It's never a pleasant surprise to have 😂

I am so happy for everyone who's had a positive this last week 🤗 and for those of us with negatives, we will keep being strong and fighting!

@bluehawaii29 what progesterone are you on? I went in a really long walk today and and really feeling it! Haven't touch our garden for months!

Fingers crossed @LBalf that it's just needs a couple more days to show on your strips!!

I need some advice.. We're thinking of testing tomorrow (8dp5dt) with a FRER. Would we see a positive or should we wait an extra day?

I had my blood test on Thursday but haven't bothered ringing for the results. Test was negative on Thursday and my period started on Friday. I've stopped taking the progesteron. No point taking it any longer. My periods are really heavy as well, so there's no mistaking it for implantation bleeding or anything else.
I've got my next appointment on Tuesday, so we'll see what they say then. We've got one more round to go. We'll most likely start again after Easter, which is quite good timing. We'll be on holiday for two weeks and I wouldn't want to cancel it again.
I'm not sure what we can do take them actually grow properly. Everything else is fine.

@Dizzyhedgehog so sorry to hear about your results, sending a big hug 💕 What supplements are you and your partner on? Perhaps there’s something you can add in or up the dose to help?

@Dizzyhedgehog sorry to hear about your cycle. I also bled a few days before OTD on my fresh cycle and knew it was over at that point. Now am due to transfer for my first FET and will be starting Lubion injections from today as well as cyclogest pessaries twice a day. Also on oestrogen tablets to continue at 4 times a day. We decided to have 2 transferred this time and using an add on with embryo glue. Hoping these things make the difference and that gives you some ideas xx

@LBalf sorry for late reply. I’m on cyclogest pessaries which started yesterday and Lubion injections from this eve x

Today is transfer day for me. I've just had a call from the embryologist and they're taking out my embaby now and will call back to confirm if it survived the thaw and plan is to go in at 11. Keeping everything crossed I get to go in !!! So nervous!

Hello, I had day 5 transfer but embryo didn't reach blastocyst stage. Did anybody gone through same situation. What was the result. This is my 3rd IVF and for the first time I had day5 transfer in the past two cycles it was day3 transfer.

Thank you so much guys! I don't think it's quite sunk in yet. I'll be testing every day to see it get darker but to be honest I was so surprised at how dark it is already.. I was expecting to squint for a line!!

@Overlyanxious oh nooo are you in the 2WW. I thought I was coming down with something yesterday and was freaking out about getting covid right before my transfer and the whole thing being cancelled but luckily a lot better today. What’s kind of cold is it? Xx

Had the phone call, embryo is looking good so I'm going in for 11!!!! Happy transfer day to me !

So I had another squinter this morning as expected. My review is scheduled for 17th March. Waiting for a call from the nurses now. Good luck Everyone 🤞 💖

@Bluehawaii29 I’m a day behind @xreadytoglow in the tww. I have a sore throat and feel lacking in energy. I think I did too much on the weekend. I met a friend for a walk on Saturday and we followed a random walk on a walking blog and it lied about how many miles it was so it was a lot more effort then I wanted/could really do. I know that covid panic. I even panicked when I had no symptoms before my transfer.

@Overlyanxious aww maybe you are just run down. I overdid it on Saturday with trimming the front garden hedges and squatted so many times without knowing it that all my thigh and hamstring muscle were in agony on Sunday and stil bad today. That’ll teach me to do any physical work now for the rest of this cycle. So much for trying to lead a normal life eh! Hope you feel better soon xx
