The above vid says tummy or outer thigh. I think I’m going to just stick with the tummy then. Can’t imagine it going anywhere else. I’m not even needle phobic but can’t imagine doing it in my buttock for potentially weeks if I get pregnant

I had my transfer last Thursday and POAS this morning. Absolutely no line whatsoever 🙄 my blood test is Monday.

Oh I’m sorry to hear this @Appleby11 not sure if it might be too early maybe? What did you get transferred in the end/ how many transfers you had so far. It might still change so try to wait till Monday now x

Had a 5day blast transferred. They said it was perfect but no mention of any grading. Just my first one. Have one in the freezer.

@Appleby11 I've had some really soaking night sweats past few days and a headache since late afternoon yesterday. So I poas as well this morning, I got what I think is a faint evap line. My otd is Monday.

Has anyone had a bfp after 9dp5dt?

Uhhhh caved and did a cheap line test.... Nadda. Big white space. 8dp5dt today. Actually mad with myself for not waiting till the OTD which is a week today. There's a chance it could be too early but I've seen so many people on here get their positive around day 6 that I'm not hopeful 😶. It just kills me that it's 3k gone. And the next cycle will cost that if not more because of meds. We don't have unlimited funds and only have enough for one more round. I'm really really sad today

@LBalf that’s shit news. We are self paying as well and the added cost does add a layer of stress to it. Don’t be annoyed at yourself for testing early x

After my EC yesterday i got a call this morning from my clinic. Out of my 11 eggs, 8 were viable for ICSI and 6 fertilised. They said this was better than they were expecting for us, due to my partners sperm issues. Back in July my partner had no sperm in some samples of not enough (severe oligoasthenoteratozoospermia).

Hi all, hope you don't mind me dipping my toe back in. After our last round was cancelled I just had to retreat for a little bit but have been dipping in and out and so happy for those who have had success, my heart goes out to those of you who have been disappointed this time and hope those waiting are managing ok. Just starting out CD1 for our back to back rounds now and off to a better start than last time with 8 follicles at my baseline this morning so praying this round works better than last.

@EasterBunny7 we're isolating almost completely as our round would be cancelled if we got Covid unless we were very very lucky with timing. Given that we're doing back to back rounds we've just resigned ourselves to isolating until sometime in April and planning a few treats for then.

@LBalf so so sorry that's so rough. I hope you have support today. we've just paid 9k for our next two rounds and the finances definitely puts so much more pressure and stress on. Mind yourself today xx

On my way to the clinic for my scan - we got a positive and should be seven weeks but still can’t believe it is happening. I have had a small bleed but EPU said it was nothing and it has stopped... just so worried about what we will see - the EPU mentioned the combination of my retrovertwd uterus and a small fibroid made it really had to see anything 😞

I’m just at my scan appt too to get the go ahead for transfer next week. I had 7.6 mm thickness on Monday. Still on oestrogen 4 tabs a day, let’s see what it is today

Had the scan, lining is now 8.3mm thick. Transfer will be next week, just waiting to find out what day and go through the meds with the nurse

I’m 5dp5dt and I’m almost certain I’m out already! My resting heart rate has been dropping which is a big sign for me that af is on the way! Annoyingly it went up on Tuesday so I think my little ones may have implanted but then failed to stay implanted for some reason as it dropped down on Wednesday and then has dropped further today! Getting quite significant af cramps too!
Does anyone else track their RHR? There’s still part of me that hopes I’m completely wrong about it! 🤞🏻

.thanks everyone, it's so hard isn't it? Hate that we all have to go through this when its so easy for other people. But I've got myself some snacks and I'm just going to hibernate for the weekend and test again on Tuesday as originally planned.

Argh the nurse won’t tell me when transfer day is or when to start my progesterone! She said we have to wait for a call now before 5. This is so frustrating, waited all week for the answer and now another afternoon

@Vslightlystressy that’s flown by! I doubt it has for you though 😬 good luck! Enjoy it

@Bluehawaii29 @W1ngingit There are actually two totally different types of progesterone injections. One has to be butt or thigh as has to go into muscle. The other can be in tummy or thigh. So depends which you are on on!
If injecting into tummy, icing or EMLA cream works well, I use these for my stim injections and never feel much. Never done the ones that have to go into muscle but my understanding is that its way better to have someone else help you do those x

@tulipsandsnow @W1ngingit thanks for your advice. Luckily the needles are short and nurse said they definitely can be done in tummy same as I did stims, phew! Just gotta wait for the call now but we are going to go to town again today and just enjoy our annual leave xx

@IE00 The line kept fading each day, my clinic said it might have been the trigger shot still, mine took a long time to fade. Either that or the false positives.

@NaomiNatNat aww nooooo I so wanted this for you . Still a few days to go it may change . Thus was your first round is that right ? Remember first rounds are often an experiment to test your body for the medication snd see how you respond. Keep positive and test again in a few days .x
