FET November/ December

Hi,

I'm not sure if there is already a thread open for a FET in November / December.

I was due to have a FET last week however after having two lining scans, I tested positive for coronavirus 🙄. I should now be having a FET after my next bleed (mid November) and hopefully a FET early December. Would be great to chat you others on a similar timeline. X

@Alexm06 aww I am sooo sorry honestly I am so gutted for you. It’s so strange how the lines got darker again though does anyone know why that would happen? Thinking of you sending you lots of love xxxxxxx

@lauradxoxo I'm certain you'll stay pregnant! I'm so happy for you since you've been so positive! You'll get a scan and that's all that matters. For now, you can enjoy the pregnancy that arrived just before Xmas! Do you have symptoms as well now?

@Lilipa I don’t really have any symptoms! I have had quite bad headaches and very mild nausea but that comes and goes. Other than that I’ve been completely normal! I thot I would have had sore boobs but nope! Do you have any symptoms yet with that nice high beta of yours? Xxxxx

@lauradxoxo a combination of frers, mommed and clear blue. I did two digitalis.

I am 14dp5dt today. I have two more tests left them will stop .

My beta on 11dp5dt was 397. My clinic will not do a repeat 😩 I have asked as it would ease my anxiety. They have said they will charge £55 for another beta so will see how it goes.

@Lilipa what was your beta on Sunday and how many dpt were you?

I'm so glad that I'm not the only one with no symptoms. It makes me have some hope that all is okay inside.

@Prayingforabubba and @lauradxoxo I've still got no symptoms! Not even sore boobs. But it is normal and we are more than one with the same situation so I'm sure it will go well for all of us.
I had 130 beta at 9dpt, however, my clinic said this does not tell them anything. It's the increase they want to see so they also ask a second one if they've asked a first one. If you're able to support it, I'd suggest you repeat it. I decided to repeat it at 4 days later, when we should expect at least 3 times the one on Sunday.

@Lilipa I've decided that I may book an early scan end of next week when I will be close to 6w. I did another two frers this morning and it's not that much different from the previous test two days ago. I had a break down- convinced somethings wrong- the lack of symptoms are not helping!

Promised myself I won't test anymore. What will be, will be I guess just need to pray bubba is in there growing strong

I actually did 4 tests today! 🤣

@Prayingforabubba there's no need to test so much! Everything is going well. You're pregnant and it's Christmas. What a wonderful time of the year to be pregnant!
You could have bought a couple betas with all the money you've spent on HPT. LOL

@Prayingforabubba I had very intense period cramps half of the day and I was really worried. It must have been because the night before I was cooking for a couple hours and I was exhausted! I even became dizzy after finishing the cooking.
Yesterday afternoon I was well.
Today I had my first symptom as well. Felt a bit nausea. So I was happy haha

Does anyone know if something bad would happen to us that are pregnant through IVF, if we'd still bleed even though we're on progesterone and estradiol tablets?

@Lilipa that's great that you're beginning to get some symptoms. I hope you managed to get some rest today? How far along are you now?

I've been Googling that too as I've had the odd brown pink spotting. My clinic seem to think it's because of the progesterone. From what I've read, the progesterone suppositories can delay a mc.

I'm 5+1 today and no symptoms yet. I wish I had just one to ease my mind 😩 I've stopped testing too so I have nothing to reassure me.

@Prayingforabubba I'm not taking suppositories but the same progesterone pills by swallowing so I've decided I prefer that.
It's so normal to not have symptoms and you're lucky! I know how you feel because I'm also pretty much symptom-less, but I'm reminding myself that it's absolutely normal. Also, I'm trying to think that I'm pregnant until something official (eg. scan) might tell me differently. I don't want to think negatively before something bad happens (if it even will). Stressing out will not change the outcome. The only thing it'll do is make us distracted from the wonderful situation of the present...we're pregnant and that is all we should be thinking of and smile about.
Remind me, when is your scan date?

Hey girls I hope your all doing well and enjoying your pregnancies! And had a closely Christmas! My Christmas has been rough. I took another pregnancy test on Christmas Eve as I wanted to make sure I was still pregnant before telling my family! And unfortunately my line was barley there. I will attach pic. I called the clinic and they confirmed it’s a chemical pregnancy. Il be in tommorow to have it confirmed as they are closed over Xmas but unfortunately I took another test yesterday and it was stark negative. I am so so upset and angry that I’ve waited so long to see that BFP to have it taken away so Quickly. I was getting really strong positives for days so I don’t understand what I’ve done wrong 😭 totally heartbroken xxxxx

Not awesome news here either, though still have fingers crossed. I’ve had two bouts of bleeding, had a scan after the first which was ok, but feels very much like our last cycle which was mmc. Clinic scan is still 2 weeks away and epu said they wouldn’t scan again sooner unless I was a lot worse. So nervously waiting.

@lauradxoxo I'm so sad reading your message. I'm so sorry you had to have these news on Christmas Eve when you were planning to have a happy day telling your family. You haven't done anything wrong, this is proven and doctors can confirm this to you. The positive is that you can get pregnant! You got a BFP! Now you know you can conceive and next time you will again and your baby will grow.
If you want, let us know what your clinic days when you meet them.

@Faerun I'm sorry to hear about your bleeding. It must be so worrying. However, it's great that they see at the scan that everything is ok! I'll be praying for you.

I'm ok at the moment. Trying to keep myself busy before my first scan this Friday. I'll be 5+5 then so the clinic told me to but wait for anything more than a sac at this stage. I still have limited symptoms. Started having some nausea (very little) and some tiredness but nothing too obvious yet.

I've started bleeding- red fresh blood. Absolutely devastated 😭😭

@Faerun how much blood did you have when you went to EPU?

I'm at a & e right now.
