FET November/ December

Hi,

I'm not sure if there is already a thread open for a FET in November / December.

I was due to have a FET last week however after having two lining scans, I tested positive for coronavirus 🙄. I should now be having a FET after my next bleed (mid November) and hopefully a FET early December. Would be great to chat you others on a similar timeline. X

I wonder if you guys can help me. I've been taking L-arginine,vitamin E, Vitamin D and prenatal. I will keep taking the prenatal and vitamin D but I'm not sure whether to keep up with the other 2. I'm running low on l-arginine and didn't know whether to buy more.

How is everyone doing? I have now turned into a test addict. I think because I'm not as naive as I was on my first cycle haha

@Faerun this is the news we're expecting to hear to cheer is up!! So great that you've had your hCG doubled!!! When is your scan date scheduled for?

A little update from me. I talked to the recurrent miscarriage clinic and they said I need to start taking the blood thinner injection & the aspirin asap. The Dr. wanted to see me actually so I went there this evening. She made me take a pregnancy test. I thought that it would not be positive since it's not first urine at all. It was positive! So, I'm starting to add this prescription now to the long list of IVF pills. They've booked a scan as well for the 6th of January. Fingers crossed I won't have to cancel! I'm having beta results on Monday so I'll have more to share than.

My positive energy to everyone on the thread. I really hope this Christmas will be a happy one for all of us. We need it!

@Lilipa they did until this morning so now I'm preparing myself for another chemical.

@Alexm06 I'm hoping this is not the case. Lines get stronger but only to a point. So, it might be that everything is going well this time!! I'm thinking positive for you. Are you planning to do beta as well?

OMG girls!!!!! I got my BFP!!! I actually can’t believe it I’m on total shock!! I have never seen those two pink lines in my life!! I cannot believe my eyes!! I literally can’t stop crying I couldn’t even breathe when I seen it 🤣 we are soooo sooo happy !! I never want this bubble to burst! @Lilipa that’s great you managed to see the clinic and get a prescription. And that’s soo brilliant you got another positive test. Hope you’re managing to relax a little and enjoy xxx So exciting to have a scan booked in jan. How long post transfer will that be for you?

@Faerun ooh when do you have your scan booked in for? Must feel great to get the clinic confirming positive tests! My clinic have told me to do hpt at 2weeks and say if positive they’ll scan at week 6, wishing they offered more.
@Alexm06 there are so many different things that can make a test look lighter/ different. When’s your otd? Sending lots of positive thoughts your way xx

I mean I don’t think I done that great lol as I tested 5 days before OTD!! I’m only 8dp5dt today!! Still got to make it to OTD on Wednesday! just praying this one sticks!!

And to all those still in the 2WW I am proof that no symptoms can still lead to a BFP!! I still have ZERO!🤣🤣 xxxxx

@lauradxoxo that’s such a strong line! Totally over the moon for you. And pretty awesome to not have any of the symptoms too, I think you lucked out there! Have you a nice day planned to celebrate?

@Agapanthus13 they've scheduled my scan for 20 days past the blastocyst transfer. I should be 6 weeks + 4 days then. Fingers crossed all goes well till then!

@lauradxoxo this is an extremely positive line!!! It is not too early to test, because with a blastocyst the embryo is already 5 days old and therefore they say you should test 9dpt.
It'll definitely stick, you can see it from the strength of the line!

I also did a digital test this morning (final one before getting my beta results back on Monday) .... And it was positive! First time I get a digital back as positive.

Yeah I'm been a a bit of a wreck this morning . I will attach a pic to see what you guys think but please be honest with me. It's my 5th transfer so I can take it haha. I did a clear blue one yesterday which said 1-2. I will probably do another this afternoon as I got my strongest line yesterday afternoon.

Ok update on this afternoons....someone help me!!

@Alexm06 I’ve never had a positive my self so really don’t have much experience but just comparing your tests, this evenings line is at least as dark as, if not darker than yesterday evenings so I would take that as a really good sign! Why your mornings are lighter than your evenings I wouldn’t have a clue. Do you drink much water throughout the day? Comparing the same time of day to one another it looks like they’re getting darker so I think that’s really positive. Xx

Heyyy @Alexm06 your line progression looks great!!! Defo getting darker!! This mornings one was probably just a fluke. I’ve heard that sometimes one can be slightly lighter and that it’s not necessarily a bad thing. Plus your getting positives on digital which is mush less sensative. Honestly try and relax I know it’s hard but the stress and anxiety isn’t good for the little embabie either!! I’m sure everything will be absolutely fine hun ❤️❤️

@Alexm06 my honest answer is that your tests look amazing! Ignore the one of this morning and embrace the one from this afternoon. If you didn't have enough hCG your line this afternoon would be really faint. This is a super strong line! Also, I agree with @lauradxoxo about the fact that you tested positive on the digital is super.
There is no need for you to worry. I feel this one will stick for you!
Are you planning on doing blood test as well?

Thanks for replying guys I want to be positive but also don't want to get my hopes up too much so I'm just in limbo at the moment. My OTD is tomorrow so I'll probably do the same again one with my first wee and then one around 5pm.
My clinic don't offer blood tests but I called them on Friday and asked if they did it privately which they do so yeah I'll just pay for that. Hopefully they can get me in ASAP.

@Alexm06 that's a good call to do the blood tests privately. It'll put your mind at ease.
I'm having mine done tomorrow (9pdt) but the result will be back on Monday. Fingers crossed it's a good number!

@Agapanthus13 That’s what my previous clinic did - to be honest I think I’d prefer it! Scan is second week in Jan but might try to move it a bit sooner.

@lauradxoxo Massive congratulations!!!

@Alexm06 I agree with the others, your same time of day lines look like there’s progression. My 12dp was only a little darker than your 9 day one. But if you’re worried a beta check is probably a good idea to put your mind at ease.

So my morning test today was darker. Probably the same as yesterday evenings. I did get up and go to the toilet at like 12 not sure if that helped who knows. But it's put my mind at ease. Thanks for the reply's guys sorry about my melt down haha.

Hello, I hope you don’t mind me joining, I’ve been following all this thread for the last couple of days, I want to say congratulations to all those who have had the best results and for those who have not yet had the result they hope for, stay strong and positive, your time will come .
I am currently on my second journey, 11dp5db… I’m living on the edge just wanting to know what the hell is going on 😬 my first journey I had started bleeding heavy on day 9, this time I’ve had no blood, a lot of weird twinges/cramps which started day 3, back ache, my boobs are slightly uncomfortable but were worse a few days back and yesterday I was very emotional… I worry that all this could just be PMT as my period would be due Tuesday but then I just don’t know. I’m trying to remain positive but it is hard, and every time I go to the toilet I examine the tissue for any signs of AF 🤦🏼‍♀️ I might test on Wednesday but my OTD is Thursday (just very nervous) 😩

@Ivfjourney2 I think the signs you have are very positive! I don't think they are period signs at this stage. I know the wait is long till Wednesday but it feels you'll have a happy result then!
