October FET- Cycle buddies?

I started my stims on Wednesday as the beginning of my long protocol for my FET.

I am looking at end of October for my transfer 🤞🏻

I have PCOS and had ISCI for our treatment.
We have 4 blastocysts frozen!

Looking for any cycle buddies that are transferring around the same time 🙏

Congratulations @Holskey ! I hope everything comes back good with your bloods @LemonyT ... I had my PCR yesterday for my transfer on Thursday.. have a sore throat, no temp or cough or loss of any senses.. just a red throat that feels like there is a lump there. I look 2 lateral flows that were both negative but worrying myself that the PCR will come back positive. Really hope not as everything so far has gone to plan- it's been bloody long but has gone to plan. Mine is a FET with a day 5/6 embryo so I think I get to test at 9dpo instead?

@J2020m thank you 😊 My clinic didn't ask for any evidence I didn't have covid either, which was a pleasant surprise (who needs an extra thing to worry about?!) Hope your pcr comes back negative.

@Holskey Congratulations!! Have you had any symptoms since your transfer?

@J2020m I'm sorry you're unwell, when will you have your PCR results? Try not to worry, if you had covid the lateral flow tests would have probably shown that.

@Azahar8, yeah I had some very slight nausea 5dp5dt onwards (I didn't get that so soon with my previous successful FET though) and cramping, which I guess is normal either way 🤷‍♀️

Hey all thanks for the responses and welcome to the newbies I can’t keep up with responses. Still got this cold I’m trying to get rid of before Friday. Can I drive after transfer? It’s just the school runs from next week I have an auto car not manual. I’m going to try and keep my feet up.

Has anyone woke up 1DPT and felt rotten? Had a sore head and feeling exhausted all day. Feeling a bit like I’ve been hit by a bus! I don’t remember this on my previous two rounds!

@IVFhadenough I had a headache for the first couple of days after transfer, apparently it’s normal with all the hormonal changes. I’m only 5dp5dt though so no idea if it bodes well or not.

I didn’t have any symptoms other than a bit of slight cramping - maybe some brief lightheadedness but only occasionally. Still not really had any symptoms.

But today I got the call and my hcg is 1723!!! I’m so shocked! I’d have been happy with 400 as that’s the highest my hcg has ever been and here I’m only 13dp5dt! We’re over the moon -and wondering if it might be a multiple pregnancy?!

Can’t wait for the scan. I’m a little teeny slightly bit more relaxed now than before, but I know there’s a ways to go yet. Still … can’t believe it!

@53rds it’s strange. I normally struggle horrifically with the buserelin and I get instant relief as soon as those injections stop. I didn’t do too badly this time round pre-transfer, but today has knocked me off my feet quite a lot.

Odd!! Hopefully just a weird day as I know it’s too early for it to be anything significant.

@LemonyT fantastic numbers 🤩 how exciting! What a huge relief after your beta. I wish my clinic did betas, I do find it so helpful for settling the nerves one way or another.

@IVFhadenough - do you suffer from migraines? They can be a hormonal thing.

@53rds when is your OTD and will you test sooner? I just re-read the thread to see if you had answered that already and saw you got 19 blasts! It's great that 10 of those are healthy 😊

@Holskey my OTD is next Tuesday, I think I’m going to hold out, I’ll drive myself nuts if I get a bunch of different results over different days! Just hoping to keep busy over the next week

@53rds they can indeed, and I do. I also have raised intracranial pressure. So I was struggling to decipher if it was my head or my eyes. Blurred lines sometimes!

@Azahar8 yes. We only had enough for a couple days after the official test day, so was a mad rush to get another prescription as well as go out and grab some more, but luckily Asda had some in stock! If all goes well at the 7week scan it’ll be another mad rush for the next prescription I imagine.

Oh and Good luck with your scan tomorrow! Natural to be nervous.
