My transfer is booked for Sunday. That’ll be nice and hot and sweaty!

@Welshpea yeah it was ok. Took longer than I remember but still only ten minutes I guess. I had a sedative the first time so probably forgot a little of it.

Gonna be honest I’m feeling very depressed today. I don’t know if it’s the progesterone but I’ve been arguing with dh and just generally feeling very upset. I also broke out in cold sores yesterday so I think the transfer was impacting me more than I thought, assuming it’s the stress.

@thislittlebird oh glad it was ok - hope you start to feel a bit more normal
The stress is a big thing and I think we don't realise it until it's on top of you

I started bleeding ladies and it's like what would be a normal period for me so I think it's bad news

• left a message with my epu but they haven't called me back yet 😭

@thislittlebird hope you’re feeling a bit better after your transfer? I imagine every step of this process can be more than overwhelming.

@L4ur4Loui5e84 yeah it’s definitely more overwhelming this time. The first time felt optimistic and this time feels like 🤷‍♀️

@Welshpea today is definitely better. I’ve been chilling in the paddling pool.

Are you still testing positive? Have you heard back yet?

Yes I tested this morning and it was the darkest that it's been 🤷🏻‍♀️

Epu called they said to go in tomorrow at 11am and they will do a pregnancy test - if positive they will do a scan to see what's going on but if i'm honest I know i've had a miscarriage. I feel like you have an instinct when you do - you always know if something isn't right

@Welshpea i was mostly in the paddling poor lol.

Maybe it’s just a bleed if the line is still dark, it does happen sometimes. Any update since the EPU trip?

Went for appointment they did a pregnancy test ... positive
so they've now done bloods to check my hcg level as they won't scan until they know they will see something on the screen based on what the number comes out at

My HCG last Tuesday was 2100 so it should be like 20,000 by now so will find out in a few hours where i'm at 🤷🏻‍♀️

@thislittlebird just got the call my hcg is 30,000
so they said i'm more like 6-7 weeks not 5.5 weeks

having a scan Friday as they said if i've had a miscarriage they shouldn't see anything but if all okay we should see a heartbeat

I am so stressed having to wait another day to know but feel a bit more positive - trying not to get my hopes up until i've seen it on the scan

@Welshpea that’s pretty positive imo, fingers crossed! Do you know when you ovulated?

@thislittlebird yeah 23rd June so i was sure that was 5+5 today

i'm just worried it was higher and 30,000 is it after dropping now 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Welshpea could you have twins? Usually they have higher hcg levels so could be the 5.5 weeks?

@Bubbafever There are no twins in my family at all so I wouldn't have thought so 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just really hope we hear a heartbeat on Friday and this was just a bleed that's completely normal 🤞

had the scan and everything is okay !! And we are a bit further along than we thought at 6+3 and a strong heartbeat! I am so made up because I seriously thought the worst!

she also could see where my bleed came from too - hospital have prescribed me progesterone pessaries as apparently that's standard practice for anyone that's had a previous miscarriage and has bleeding in current pregnancy so i start those today

I think I’m probably the most failed person on this thread now, it’s not much fun. I had a progesterone test Tuesday morning, Tuesday afternoon my period started, Tuesday late afternoon they called to say take more Cyclogest. Yeah, I think that boat had already sailed. Anyway, reported my negative today and have requested a follow up, am waiting to hear when that is.

@thislittlebird I am sorry to hear that. It is such an awful process. Were you on just cyclogest? In the past I have never got to transfer stage as I bleed before transfer and they say this is because of the low progesterone. Hopefully you can get lubion?

@Welshpea thanks. I am due to start treatment for my next cycle (hopefully 19th August). I am meant to have a nurse consultation before than. Does anyone know how far in advance they are?

Does anyone here need two boxes of Cyclogest? I am done with my last cycle and have two unopened boxes. (Also some home LH strips and one First Response pregnancy test). Hate to see it go to waste!

I would take this cyclogest please 🙏 if it's still available 😊
