Ohh sorry today is Wed 😂 so no injections any more, just the trigger?

@Etonmess20 super exciting? So no more Menopur/Fyramedel for you then! Hope you're in the morning like me! That's super exciting and great number, you'll definitely get a good one for transfer there and hopefully a few to freeze. I'll definitely be living vicariously through you for your transfer next week!! You must be thrilled, congrats ❤ hope you don't have your trigger at some ridiculous hour tonight. Apparently the nurse was telling me this injection takes quite a bit of force.

@heretolearnandshare yeah it is a weird side effect, but it's a good sign! Interesting on Fyramedel, I have found the exact opposite with that being the one I like and I find Menopur more unpleasant. Gonal F sounds a bit nicer. Trust me it will go so quickly

@heretolearnandshare yep exactly so I did one more Menopur last night then Fyramedel this morning and trigger at 9:30pm tonight 😁

@Vparisi no I don't think anymore injections for me except ovitrelle for my trigger but am going to check whether I need to do tonight's menopur if that would be before my trigger time (if that makes sense). Oh god I hope my trigger isn't ridiculous o'clock. I hope I'm in the morning too, dunno why they couldn't just tell me the appointment time while I was there!
I am excited now, just want it to be here & know how many eggs & when transfer will be. Unsure if they count Friday as a day so whether it'll be Tuesday for transfer. A Tuesday transfer means OTD on the day before my birthday though 😂
Eeeeek it was a lot to take in her telling me to do the injections, would have been better if DP was in the room with me but sure it'll be ok 😬
Btw the lady said about my DP doing the sample at home & I asked if it HAD to be at home. She said he could do it in the unit if he wanted to so that's what we're going to do.

@Vparisi just had the call....9.30am arrival Friday for 10am EC so trigger is 10pm tonight!! How exciting!!!
Is your arrival 9.15 or your EC?

@Etonmess20 that is so exciting! I am 9am arrival for 9:30am procedure. So will see you there unless I'm completely asleep after from the sedation haha. I didn't realise that about the sample, feels a bit weird hopping on the tube with it doesn't it 😂

I wouldn't think you'd be having Menopur tonight, I asked them yesterday and they said don't do it on the same night as trigger but best to check!! Feels a bit weird not doing the injections tomorrow now I have got into the routine. For sure, it's all so overwhelming. I am not looking forward to the rectal thing they gave us at all 😬

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe from the other experiences here that they do count Friday so transfer would likely be Tuesday. I think the day before is better than OTD on your birthday!

@Vparisi ah nice, I'm sure we'll see eachother then! Yeah it does, I think if your DP isn't keen on doing it at home then just do it there, it wasn't at all an issue & my DP said a firm no thanks 😂😂
Yep no menopur for me tonight, have got really used to the routine of it all too though I won't miss being jabbed multiple times a day! No I'm not keen on the thought of that either, pretty big isn't it? Love how it says DO NOT SWALLOW on it 😂😂😂 like you'd get confused on the incredibly clear instruction & randomly try to swallow it!
Genuinely going to make or break my birthday.....so nervous about it already. Never had a BFP before so almost can't imagine getting one!

@Etonmess20 haha soo true on the swallowing 😂
Aw well I really really hope you get that first BFP in 2 weeks! Will be crossing all my fingers and toes. I've had one but it was ectopic and I had the surgery the same day so I don't really think of it as the real thing.
How was your trigger? I was worried it was gonna be a big one but went fine, I have a red patch around where it went in though so don't think my body liked it very much 😂

@Vparisi that must have been so scary with your ectopic.
Hoping they don't keep you waiting too long for your FET, although at least you have your party to look forward to in the meantime!
Trigger was in one of those pens so it wasn't like any of the other injections we've done & required full use of the instructions😂 the needle didn't hurt too much but think DP was keen to ensure it all went in so had a bit of an imprint from where he'd pressed hard! Woohoo for last injection though!
I'm excited/nervous for tomorrow & just want it to be here now 😬

I'm ok thanks, yes rescan is this morning so need to get up n do some work n then leave around 10. I'm drinking water now and not gonna wee again until it's over 😅 let's hope my bladder stays strong! 🙈

I’ve of course had another drama filled week! Tuesday night I had like a gush of red blood and bled for about half an hour. I was terrified especially after seeing the heartbeat the day before. I spoke to Guys who are going to see me tomorrow at half 10 so might see you guys in there! I went for a private scan locally yesterday because I just wanted to make sure baby was ok. It was still there beating away thank God but the sonographer discovered a subchronic hematoma which is like a sack of blood around the gestational sack and he said to expect more bleeding. He said they’re quite common and usually reabsorb themselves but that I should be on bed rest to help not to burst it sooo the stress continues but I’m glad baby is ok.

@GJW2018 omg that must have been so scary. Hoping to see you for sure! So glad to hear baby is ok, I really hope it isn't too serious and goes away quickly. Sending love, this whole thing has been so much stress for you xxxxx

@becarefuloutthere good luck for your rescan!! Make sure that bladder is very full! Haha. Looking forward to hearing how it goes.

@Etonmess20 oh interesting it was a pen! How are you feeling today? I am in quite a bit of pain and had trouble getting out of bed, struggling through work so I definitely don't think my body liked that trigger.

@becarefuloutthere fair play to you because I have a teacup bladder so I am rubbish at holding it for so long 😂 hope everything goes well!

@GJW2018 oh my gosh bless you that sounds petrifying. Glad you've been able to get some reassurance though & got everything crossed for your scan tomorrow! Be nice to see you if I'm around/conscious by then 😂

@Vparisi funny you should say that because I woke in the night in pain & had to go to the toilet. Almost feels like everything's so swollen it's pushing on my bladder 😬 must be them all maturing (I said ripening earlier but DP assured me eggs don't ripen 😂😂). No wonder you're in loads of pain though, soooo many eggs in there!!
Had enough of feeling uncomfortable & not being able to bend down now so hopefully tomorrow comes quick!
I'm already concerned about no coffee in the morning 😬

Something I thought of earlier & meant to ask btw - after a transfer (before OTD) did everyone just take the vitamins they usually take or did you change to pregnancy ones?

@GJW2018 I really do hope so! So I peed again earlier as needed no2 🙈 but I've been drinking since and here with my bottle of water whilst waiting to go in! 🤞🏾

@Etonmess20 I didn't manage it but have not gone since about 830 so hoping it's full enough for them. I could certainly pee now so I hope so!

@GJW2018 ah! That super stresfull! I am glad eveo is ok with the baby! I think the stress is constant until you give birth, isnt it? Good luck tomorrow 🤞

@Vparisi how did you find injecting the Busereline?
Sorry to hear both of you @Etonmess20 feel uncomfortable after the trigger, but it seems its a normal body reaction. I will have everything crossed for you two tomorrow. 🍀🤗

@Etonmess20 what is the no coffee thing? Is it that you don't have to drink coffee after the trigger or we were supposed not to drink during stimms in general?

@HereToLearnAndShare the no coffee thing is just because you're not allowed anything to eat/drink for 7 hours before EC time (except plain water which you can have upto 3 hours before) so not looking forward to no coffee in the morning 😂

@becarefuloutthere mad how quick it goes isn't it? Thanks for the vitamins advice btw, I think I still have just vitamin d & folic acid separately so may just switch to them!

All looking good still so sharing the news more widely now! Just waiting on a callback from docs as they called me a few hours after the appointment but I missed it, they tried me 4 times so shittin it a bit but time will tell what it was about! Will keep you posted.

@Etonmess20 sorry to hear you were in pain last night, hope the rest of the day went okay for you! Yeah I'm definitely ready for all those to come out, had a pretty bad day in terms of pain and couldn't do much. Just waddling like a chicken everywhere 😂 and stressing a bit that some of them are getting too big but I'm sure it is all fine. Glad it will be over with soon! I'm definitely going to struggle with the no coffee tomorrow for sure! Hopefully I won't be too grumpy 😂 and yeah my bladder is a teacup also, tbh when it is time for my transfer I could start drinking water in the waiting room and be ready!

@becarefuloutthere so glad to hear it all looked good!! So exciting you finally get to share the news widely. Hope it is all OK with the call, but I'm sure it is nothing.

@Vparisi today has honestly been the worst day of this whole process by far! I've literally felt disgusting all day! Completely with you on the waddling 😂 I've felt a bit hormonal & short tempered today too but think it might be lack of sleep (nothing to do with being pumped full of hormones obvs 😂😂😂) so can imagine im going to be miserable AF without coffee in the morning!

Thanks @Etonmess20 good luck to you too! I'm a bit stressed about it as I am in so much pain this morning on my right side where as left is just discomfort. I'm usually very good with pain but I'm finding it very hard today so hoping everything goes well. Crossing my fingers for you 🤞

@Vparisi I'm sure it will, bet they're just ready to come out now! You should feel much more comfy afterwards!
Been awake since like 5.40 & been making the most of being able to drink water, completely ignoring DP with his coffee 😂😂
