FET cycle buddies May/June

Just starting up a little thread if anyone wants to join me on their FET journey for May/June. I've never had a FET cycle before and wondered if anyone was or is on their way with this journey to offer support and guidance x

yes, 9dp5dt. Thank you for your positive words. I have spent way too many hours on google today and have seen a lot of stories of people with light tests like this 9dp5dt ending badly. I haven't given up hope, but I'm also trying to protect myself. xx

@Pingupp I am so sorry. It really doesn't get any easier does it. I remember having to test after surgical intervention miscarriage. It feels so cruel. My OTD is Friday, but I feel like I have gone a bit POAS mad today :/ xx

I have been unable to resist testing again. I tested later this morning with a first response rapid result, and the line, though faint, came up in the time. I felt really reassured by that as I think they are less sensitive... so I went and bought more FRER this afternoon... Still a very faint line but again it did come up in the time frame this time.

My google searching with tests this light at 9dp5dt doesn't some up with much hope, but I am trying to keep hoping, while also trying to be realistic. I have a little light brown spotting today too, which is something that happened before my miscarriage. I think this can mean different things though.

Sorry to go on. Just finding this rollercoaster day a bit challenging.xx

Has everyone else stopped there meds ? My clinic still tell me to continue until OTD but I don’t seem the point they just delay AF

My clinic haven’t even got back to me which is so annoying!! Has anyone heard of anyone having 2 blastocyst after c section ? I’ve 2 blastocyst left and the last 2 FET have been single blastocyst transfer and both not worked.

@Mack262308 thank you so much. It’s by no means dark this morning, but it is a little darker. Blood test tomorrow so will have a bit more of an idea then. Really hoping and really scared too. I can’t believe your clinic haven’t come back to you - that’s just horrible. Will you contact them today? xx

@Mack262308... How r u feeling? Its crappy isn't it... I've accepted mine is over but I'm told to carry on meds until otd on Monday ... I really don't want to but I don't like going against doc advice.
I've heard back from the clinic I want to use in Prague... I've also done a huge amount of research and have ordered DHEA, CoQ10, omega 3 and a multi vit for conception. Apparently DHEA and CoQ10 can work amazingly for diminished egg reserve and really improve egg quality and quantity got collection. We have decided to really go all out for this last cycle and do what we need to give us the best chance. X

@firefly37 ah I normally don’t but way I feel just can’t be bothered with the protocol feeling bloated all weekend when I know it won’t changed anything!!
What clinic are you going to try ? I still have 2 so stuck with same one for now not sure if my husband will do another round of these fail as I know doctor won’t change anything so it’s a case of riding it out but at our expense

The doctor who I was with is at another clinic so I have messaged them to see what protocol they would use in my situation see if I get anything different off them

@Mack262308 I've said I'll take them for today and tomm and that's it... I'm leaning towards Gennet in Prague. Heard good things... I'll see what they say. Im just filling out my patient info form. My last fsh result was high so will see what their view on that is ... My partner has said this is the absolute last fresh cycle x

@firefly37 that is where my doctor is what I have just messaged Dr. Monika she gave me my 2 beautiful boys and there another Dr Alexander he also moved to that clinic from this clinic I am currently at let me know who you get to speak to

Hi guys. Sorry I’ve been MIA. I’m also a BFN and I’ve been in a bad place. It was my last frostie. I thought we would be out out but DH said we could try a fresh cycle again. I’m giving myself some time off as I’m not emotionally ready or even sure I’m up for that at the moment. Still not bleeding - dreading that bit!

My post-cycle period has arrived. Holy fuck. My abdomen hurts, my back hurts, my labia ache, my thighs ache. Really struggling and DH seems to think I’m putting it on and is really snappy with me.

Hey ladies, just a quick one. I've had a real blah day today. I went to town yesterday and was absolutely fine and I kept getting this sharp shooting pain in the back of my head only for a second. It's not a migraine or a headache it's just really weird and I feel quite queasy. I have phoned the clinic and my gp and to be quite honest they have no idea what's going on and said it may just be my nerves playing up 🤨 I'm on my second estradiol (everol) patch and have used these on 2 cycles previously and can't recall these kind of side effects. Just wondering if anyone had similar experiences or if it's just a case of a weird brain 🤣 also I can't remember now how my side effects were with the zoladex (prostap) injection but again I can't recall the shooting pain 🤔 x

Don't know why I needed to tell you all I went to town 😂🙈 I meant to put I went to town and when I was walking around it started. Man hormones are weird x

For the other ladies who didn’t get their BFPs this month, when are you thinking about going again?

Hi all need a little help so my husband came home with some first response tests usually I only use the ones the clinic give me they are the £1 cheap ones been defined no on them.
So I tested tonight coz thought May as well just use them up not sure if I am just wanting to see a line there (I hadn’t taken my meds today as I was just fed up of it all) anyone think there a line ? Or is it one of them evaporated lines? Tried to move in diff lights I think I am just been pathetic to be fair but thought I’d ask you lovely lot

DH has said we can try a fresh cycle in a few months and it’s kind of like it’s all forgotten? I haven’t even started spotting yet! Dreading my BFN period! So I’ve decided I’m still eating rubbish until the end of AF then I’m going to pull myself together!
