Our other thread is now full so thought I would start this one to continue the chat.

@Beaglemum91 I'm waiting for my period so I can start meds for FET so that is really helpful information about the embryo transfer process. Thank you. Did you have your partner on Facetime or anything for it?

Aww you guys all have your meds already I picked Wednesday delivery and absolutely did NOT think about possibly being in a meeting when they delivery came! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I'll be home alone that day aswell. Might call and change it if I can!

So exciting not too long to go now guys! Providing my period plays ball, I'm starting stims on 18th and @kittyfantastico21 do you start stimming on 18th or your period is due 18th? @Prayingforabubba and @Aimes2021 what days do you start stimming again?

@kittyfantastico21 I think it should be fine especially if it doesn't look damaged but like you said best to check for peace of mind.

@Hoping4baby21 I’m sure it would be fine for you to duck out of a meeting to answer the door and shove the meds in the fridge if it comes to it! My period is due 18th so I’ll be starting stims 19th or 20th. Not long to go now!

@kittyfantastico21 I'm in a flat so it might take me 5 mins to go up and down lol! If it was my front door it would be fine. They are closed weekends so it will need to stay as Wednesday. Don't want to push it back just incase, cutting it a bit close.

@Icsi2021, been thinking of you today. Hope you got some updates/transfer! X

@Prayingforabubba, we will be going for ICSI too, unless things dramatically change on the day. Hope AF shows tomorrow for you and you can get started. Great about the Emla cream ☺️

@kittyfantastico21, I totally understand the worry about the dropped one. I would check with the company, very likely to be fine but better to know. They do seem very well packed.

@Hoping4baby21, I got a text the day before with a 2hr window for the delivery. Could you plan around that? I was hoping to get AF thurs/fri but no joy yet. Am definitely overthinking this whole process. I think because I have booked my leave for specific dates that my body is just rebelling and will screw up all my best laid plans. Hoping it will come in the next day or two, or I might be starting with you and @kittyfantastico21, who knows!!

No transfer for me today as they couldnt pick the best 1 we have all 4 at good quality embryos 2x 6cell, 1x 8cell and 1x9cell 💗💗 so we are going to day 5 💕 x

@Icsi2021, ah fantastic! what great numbers and going to day 5, that sounds really promising!! You must be so excited for Monday 😊💕

Hi everyone. So a little update from me. Some of you may remember me from the old thread. I had my egg collection on 1st March and had to have all embryos frozen due to oestrogen levels, and I did go on to have mild OHSS. I had my first frozen transfer on April 27th. Test day was today and it was positive ❤

@Icsi2021 I'm so excited for you! You really deserve this happiness.

@icsi2021 and I are both so lucky to be in a fantastic clinic with such caring nurses. Debbie and Helen from Cardiff cannot do enough and genuinely do care about patients. The Bristol clinic staff (where we have EC and ET) have also been fab.

@Hoping4baby21 I left mine till Friday and I'm due af too so was scared af might arrive early (this never happens! ) but it was fine and they were super punctual. I also live in a flat but luckily on the ground floor so hubby just ran out, collected it and dumped it in the fridge still in the bag 🤣

I'm due af today. I've got some brown spotting so think she will be here tonight or tomorrow! Fingers crossed I should start stimming either tomorrow or Tuesday xxx

@Aimes2021 it's crazy, while ttc we don't want to see af but now that we are starting treatments, she's taking her time arriving. Hope your af is on her way xx

Af came in full force last night so CD1 today and first scan booked for Friday! X

I had transfer today, all 4 embryos made it to today, 1 is being frozen this evening and other 2 possibly tomorrow 🤞🏼 Now on to the 2ww x

@Prayingforabubba ahhh exciting! I had a very nice weekend nice and chill but good company, good food and some walks in nature. Like you I'm trying to enjoy the call before the storm ahead of starting the cycle. I think my anxiety is picking up but it's not currently associated wi try IVF stuff but just generally feeling more anxious and I think that is the reason behind it, if that makes sense.

I still haven't got af and found yesterday that I might be pregnant. Got a faint positive yesterday which is stronger today. Surprised but very happy and keeping everything crossed.

@Prayingforabubba Woooo!! IVF has officially started for you today! Good luck with the injections, hopefully it goes swimmingly well.

DH and I have been DTD twice a day everyday because why not 😂 got a +ve OPK yesterday so I think I've already ovulated today as my ovulation pain has gone so I'm officially in one of my last non-IVF TWW. Not sure it'll amount to much, but at least I tried. How's everyone doing?

@Prayingforabubba, how was your first injection?! Did your hubby help this eve?

Meds have arrived today! Feels very real now but primarily just feeling excited about getting started. T minus 4 days to AF. And 6 days to first injection (providing AF turns up when she is supposed to).
