@Tarsette Hopefully it was just a slow starter due to defrosting and the bhcg will rise quickly! Is all about the rate of rise now. Congratulations on getting this far at least.

Who has got bfp's and baby dust to all that are on this journey.

I will be start taking my ivf injections from 28th, had 11 follicles(2 can't be considered so 9).
Is it good?

What to expect now? Any tips?

Also, do I still carry on baby 👶 dance?

I found actually doing the injections wasn’t as bad as I expected, and surprised myself with how disciplined I was with doing them, and taking my vitamins etc. Good luck with it all!

Can’t answer the other question as I’ve been single for 3 years! 😂

I might have had a different course of treatment to you.
I did buserelin then menopur and it was only after menopur that I had follicles counted so I'm not sure if I can help you, I don't think I had my follicles counted before I started? Is this what you've had done or have you had any injections so far?
There are far more knowledgeable people than me on here who I'm sure will be along to help you soon x

@MF1981 I have fatigue too that comes and goes, plus a bloated stomach and am doing small burps a lot!

@Maddie020 Welcome! I also found the injections fine really. In fact, I kinda enjoyed it ha. The only thing I wish I'd been more confident on was preparing the needles so make sure to ask your nurse about anything that you're uncertain of upfront. Good luck :)

I’m feeling really warm tonight, wondering if it might be a hormone change from implantation starting, 36hrs since transfer. Probably just a coincidence!

As for me, I unfortunately found out yesterday that my HCG came back down to 25 at 11dp5dt after being 44 at 9dp5dt so it is officially a chemical... I managed not to get my hopes up in the last couple of days so finding out wasn’t as bad as it could have been. But it is still incredibly painful. Because I came so close to success and had it snatched away from me at the last minute. And because this was supposed to be out last try and I’m not quite sure what to do now. I am exhausted mentally and physically but I feel I can’t just give up. I need to somehow continue. But I have had 5 unsuccessful transfers from this batch of embryos so I feel I need to switch something up (maybe have a new EC and have all the embies tested?). Feeling a bit at a loss just now...

@Tarsette oh I’m so, so sorry life is so unfair. I hope you have someone to lean on? Take care of yourself, it’s such a hard thing to go through.

I woke up to heavy red bleeding and have been to the A&E - they said I have to wait for a scan on Wednesday. I feel like this is it now unfortunately and can’t stop crying.

I’m so sorry @cher1981 can they not do anything before then?

@Tarsette I'm so sorry. I think if you feel strongly that you want to try again then you should. If you can take a little break and relax and do everything you can't do that you'd like to when going through this. Look after yourself.

@MF1981 Apparently that was the earliest they could fit me in. They did a urine test which was positive but it would be even if something was wrong so bleh. These next couple of days are going to be tough.

I've caved and done a clear blue test. I'm 7dp5dt. It was an afternoon wee only 2.5 hours after the last wee. We think we have a squinter. Any one else see it or have we lost the plot?
