I did my Level 3 training and it’s just the best thing for children. Some children made apple/sunflower seed bird feeders today.

I have a stupid question for people. My test date is next Saturday but I am due to start AF next Tuesday. Does it still come on time or is it normally a bit delayed with all the drugs and stuff. Sorry like I said probably a stupid question

@UncleBrynsfishingtrip the drugs keep your AF away, so if you test & get a BFN then you stop your drugs & your AF will come a few days later

@thefishthatcouldwish omg I’ve been so hungry today! Didn’t even think that could be linked to the progesterone. I guess my body is responding to the increased dosage, just still can’t shake the annoyance of the three day delay in upping the dose (sorry if I sound like a broken record - I literally spend my life worrying repeatedly about the same thing 😅)

@Alexm06 not a silly question at all! As far as I know, the progesterone will delay a period (but I could be wrong so see what the others say!)

@Alexm06 I think progesterone has a tendency to hold off AF for most people. Last time my bleed came 3/4 days after stopping the meds following a BFN. X

@HavingFaith I will wait till OTD (friday) I am doubting that this has worked and would like to hold on to a little hope for a few more days! It won't make a difference but hope!
Its not broken record it is so important because it is your chance to be a mum!

@monsterad I was so excited when my drugs arrived! But my god the money!! Everything costs so much!

Again I think I am a victim of progesterone! I bit my lip, as you all know not a pleasant experience and bloody painful! Well I had a full ugly cry because it hurt (slight over reaction!). My poor DH was looking at me like I had gone crazy which just made me cry more. I am now left with red eyes and a snotty nose 🙄 I need Friday to be here already!

@Alexm06 my AF arrived 3days before I was due to test, I still had to continue with the pessaries and test on the OTD just incase but it was a BFN 👎🏼

I disappeared for a few days there as I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with the whole thing - looks like I've missed lots, congratulations to everyone with a BFP! Gentle hugs to those of you with unpleasant symptoms and sending healing vibes to those who haven't had the news they want.

@Rumtopf Great news on your 3 embryos!

I've had a bit of a rollercoaster - after being told on Friday there were about 8 follicles, a few more had caught up by EC on Monday (not sure exactly how many as I was more spangled than I thought after sedation) and they got 7 eggs (embryologist said they'd been hoping for more, there were quite a few empty follicles) - which I was pretty happy with. But unfortunately only 2 have fertilised normally so I'm just really hoping at least one will hang in there for transfer on Saturday... apparently the other 5 all fertilised abnormally with 3 pronuclei which is highly unusual, and no way to tell for sure if it's egg issue, sperm issue or just a weird blip. So not sure what this might mean going forward if this cycle fails.

Feeling quite flat today - I know it's not over till it's over but strongly suspecting my eggs are just a bit too geriatric to do this :-(

Fortunately the weather's meant to be ok tomorrow so meeting up with a friend for an outdoor coffee. And I seem to have been quite lucky with the physical effects of the EC, just a bit sore & bloated but nothing drastic.

@zebra80 sorry to hear you didn't get better results but we only got 2 embryos out first collection /fertilisation & we transferred a day 3 & we now have a very healthy 2 year old so it really can just need one, I'm rooting for that one 🤞🏻🤞🏻😘you aren't out yet lovely.

@monsterad I thought exactly the same with my meds except we got about 60 pills for £1635 😂🤣least you're get a load of quantity I was like "is that it?!"
I hate the progesterone, and also get the early morning wake ups at like 2 am so I'm not looking forwards to that again 😩

@zebra80 I'm so sorry it didn't go as you'd hoped. 2 is still fab though and I hope the update on Thursday is good so you can transfer on Saturday. Glad you've not had too many after effects. Enjoy your coffee and time with your friend tomorrow.

Hmm ok so I caved early and did a FRER. There is a faint second line! Now I'm paranoid it's still the trigger shot.

I did a double trigger shot of Gonasi on Wednesday 2nd so two weeks ago. I had my egg collection on Friday 4th and a 2 day embryo implanted on Sunday 6th so I am 10dp2dt.

It could also be a chemical but I'd like to know that info as then at least I know something has happened.

In stressful times like these I would stick on my trainers and go for a run. Bah!

@zebra80 sorry it didn't go as well as you expected but there's still hope!

@UnicornPuff well done for holding out to test. I kinda wish I had. I'm so weak.

@79andnotout a tentative congratulations💐🎉 I googled and someone said they tested gonsai 10000 out until 4dp5dt so I think this might be a real second line 😊 are you going to keep testing or wait till OTD now?
I would love to say it is strong not to test but I have a really busy week and have taken Friday as A/L because I know I will be useless if it is a BFN!

@UnicornPuff ok hopefully it isn't the gonasi. Yeah think I'm hunkered in for daily testing now. I also have a really busy week, I thought this might help me concentrate but probably not. Good luck for Friday!

Im having my progesterone levels checked again on Friday - does anyone know if levels at 7dp5dt can indicate if implantation has happened and if we’re pregnant?!

Well I'm in it for the long haul again, my womb scan showed my lining was in between 5mm & 6mm on the 3 measurements so that's not good. Another week on upped estrodil for me. Blahhhhhhhhh and DH didn't even wish me luck this morning he's so wrapped up in his own work WHICH I'm also helping him with cos it's running a business which I help with so my "day off" yesterday was mostly spent sorting his admin.

@79andnotout a lot of surrogates use the digital tests that say 2/3 weeks pregnant at 9dp5dt or 10 days as implantation should happen around 2 days after 5day transfer so I guess a week after yes would should progesterone? Many surrogate ms start testing a week after def 8 days after on FRER

Another question because I am literally the craziest lady did anyone get bleeding day after egg collection. It isn’t to much and it’s mixed with ewcm (tmi sorry)

That’s rubbish @Minster2012. At least you know your body and know it can still catch up and your clinic give time. But it’s still shit. Especially when you’re already not feeling it. Not enough time feeling bleugh and go manage the house, family your stuff and your husbands stuff lol
