Hi all. I had a 5 day blast transferred om the 26th, going slowly insane in the tww! Anyone else waiting to test? My otd us not til 9th Oct

Hey I'm in TWW right at the beginning 😬
Had ovulation induction, follicle tracking and then had trigger shot fri night.

Am pcos and overweight so ivf isn't an option yet as bmi to high.

This is our first proper cycle with fert treatment. So 🙏 it will work

I'm in the TWW, due to test Fri 4th. Period type cramps started yesterday but no bleed...fast forward 24hours and some blood when I went to the toilet at work. Heart is in my shoes, 2nd attempt of cycle 2, feeling pretty gutted as this is the third time I've followed the same bleeding pattern. Huge good luck to you though xx

Oh keeping everything crossed for you kate, it's so horrible. Remember your not out until AF arrives 🤞 I am so emotional with the whole thing, its driving me crazy.

Thank you, still just intermittent spotting so I'm keeping everything crossed. I haven't ever had a BFP so still unsure of signs/what's normal etc. Totally with you on the emotions, had a major cry tonight but trying to keep positive. How are you doing?

Oh good luck wales! I also have pcos but although overweight my bmi is low enough for ivf. Do you have any male factor infertility? If not then I don't see why it shouldn't work without ivf 🤞🤞🤞
Sorry you've had spotting Kate, must be very worrying with what you've been through before. Is yours ivf? How many dpt are you, if so?
Ive had cramps since transfer, boobs are sore and bigger than usual, been feeling a bit dizzy today, bit tired the past few days but nothing major..but all of this I know is more than likely the drugs, because I probably wouldn't feel anything this early on! Having said that, I have a 10 year old daughter and I know I felt sick with her very early on, so the fact I have no nausea is making me feel a bit down. I did have one very strong short lived cheese craving earlier though, which i also craved while pregnant, but it literally lasted 2 seconds and I'm sure was more in my head than anything else. I had a craving for cake a week ago, pre transfer, and obviously that meant nothing except I wanted cake so I'm sure this is the same. Driving myself crazy and it's aaaggggeeessss til test day

Hi all, transfer was last Friday 26th so a day after you OP. Second FET. Last time tested way too early at 5pt and drive myself crazy and ended up miscarrying at 5w5d so I’m going to hold out till 10th October -OTD is 11th but want to do it eve before so not right before work and then I have a christening Over the weekend which I’m godparent for in Another country so couldn’t do it then!

Trying not to symptom spot. So hard staying strong but realistically I know the hope zone is better than bitter disappointment.

Do you all plan to hold out for OTD?

Hi all, yes @Namechangerextraordinaire1, I'm cycle 2, FET and day 13 PT (is transfer day counted as day 1? I should prob know that!) Due to year on Friday but I'm going to do it Thu as the wait is torture. Very minor brown spotting overnight so I'm feeling a little more hopeful. An brown spotting be ok at this stage? My other transfers I've had a full on AF by this stage so this seems to be the furthest I've gotten...So difficult to stay sane and not symptom spot @mouse1234567

@Kate2461 I’m really hoping it’s implantation spotting for you. I’m glad it’s different to last time. Have you told the clinic? My clinic tell you to up your progesterone if you are spotting.

Annoyingly I actually think transfer day is day 0 so day one is the day after. I’m 4dp5dt today. A long way off! Haha! I’m impressed you have done brilliantly holding off! I gave my spare tests to a colleague (good friend who has also been through ivf) until test day as I knew if they were at home I wouldn’t be able to stop myself!

@mouse1234567 yeah me too, although I thought it was maybe a bit late for that? Just waiting for the clinic to call me back, I didn't know that about the progesterone so thank you. I'm on a 200mg pessary twice a day, do you know what you'd normally up that to? Even if the clinic say no I might just do it if it doesn't do any harm? I knew before ivf that I was a bit low on progesterone during the 2nd half of my cycle.
Yeah I'm keen to do a test to be honest but I'm also scared of what it will say, and scared to test too early. What a blooming rollercoaster! Good on you getting rid of the tests, it's just so tempting isn't it?! 🙈

Clinic have just called and said they wouldn't recommend upping the progesterone at the moment and to just continue as normal for now🤷🏼‍♀️

@mouse1234567 I'm failing miserably at not symptom spotting. Every twinge and niggle I'm thinking what could it mean? Annoying! We are very close timing wise then!!
@Kate2461 brown spotting could be promising, its old blood so not indicative of a period! How many dpt do you usually get af? I'm on double your progesterone, 2x200mg twice a day, so odd how clinics do things so differently!
I'm really not sure how I feel today. My stomach sort of hurts today. I had an ache in my womb earlier which has gone. Now I just have a funny heartburny/sore stomach, but I'm still hungry all the time and not nauseous at all.
Why is this so difficult?! Lol

I'm also very conscuous that im reading into signs that if I had any other time I wouldn't think anything of 🙈

This is my 2nd medicated fet! First fet resulted in a bfp but sadly ended at 5 weeks!

Symptoms spotting has become my new crazy OCD hobby 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

My day goes like this...

"Is that a twinge 🤔... nope just a bit of wind 😊"

"Is that nausea, no I'm just hungry"

"My boobs ache, they hace been since trigger shot..... or actually are they hurting more than before 🤔. No I'm imagining it"

And so it goes on and I have 12bmore days to go before OTD😩😵

@Wales81 - I am exactly the same! I'm convinced my boobs are definitely more sore- but I'm going crazy 😜

@Namechangerextraordinaire1 last could of times I've spotted on day 11 with AF arriving fully on day 12. This time I spotted days 11 & 12 (today) but it seems to have faded away now as. I've not had anything since late morning. Keeping hopeful, testing Thursday AM 🤞🏼

@Kate2461 I’m on 2 x 400mg and two lubion progesterone injections a day. My clinic gives a lot -good for me as always had luteal phase length problems. Yes testing early is tempting but then if I really think about it -I know it’s a bit pointless -if it’s positive I will panic it won’t be on OTD and if neg-still have to inject 3 times a day and it’s not like I can plan my follow up until def neg. you are doing so well-not long now!

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF I def remember you from another thread! Best of luck! I have a very similar experience in my first FET. Let’s hope this one is better for us

Work is very busy for me which I guess is kind of good! Just trying to push through till the weekend and worry about next week next week! 9 days to go!! I’m also furiously trying to research options for me next FET if it doesn’t work -wondering if I could try a natural cycle as might be quicker! I have to do this to keep myself calm! Also had a family friend announce pregnancy yesterday -so hard isn’t it!

@Wales81 symptom spotting is also my new hobby. Maybe we can all symptom spot together? 😂 my boobs have changed how they feel now, dunno if it's a good thing or a bad though. My nipples were very painful, now its the whole boob that's hurting. Not sure what to think of that one. Probably shouldn't think anything as it's most likely just related to the drugs but it's so hard not to, isn't it 😬😬

@mouse1234567 glad work is keeping you busy. Takes your mind off it ever so slightly at least! I understand what you mean about researching for if it's bad news - I think it's almost like a waynof trying to get some control over what's happening, as so much of it we have no control over. I'm hoping to avoid down reg if we have to go again. I never ovulate so natural cycle is a no go, but i didn't down reg for my fresh so wondering if we can skip if we have to go again. I hope so, but I doubt it! Otd is 9th and I think we are going to hold out for it. I like the pupo bubble, even if I am driving myself crazy symptom spotting 😁

@Namechangerextraordinaire1 Bleeding seems to have subsided which I'm taking as a good sign. Feeling ok about tomorrow, I think I'm prepared for either scenario. OTD is actually Friday so if it's good news tomo I probably won't believe it until it's (hopefully) confirmed on Friday. I had to google PUPO there...I love that and am now using that to keep me positive! I so hope we all get the news that we're looking for ladies...🤞🏼
