Hi all. I had a 5 day blast transferred om the 26th, going slowly insane in the tww! Anyone else waiting to test? My otd us not til 9th Oct

Hi all - I need this! I am going Google crazy. Had a 5day top quality blastocyst transferred last Saturday...been a bit twingey since and sore boobs but I know that anything can go either way. I’m definitely going to cave before the proper test date.

@Lrv1987 ooh almost time then! How are you feeling about it? Do you think you know what the outcome will be?

I'm feeling ok. Have had cramping ever since transfer which has stopped today. My nips have been very sore too but that's stopped today as well. My whole boob hurts a bit and they're going harder, but I never have periods so can't remember if they usually do that or not! They also feel warm to the touch. Ive googled both which are apparently pregnancy symptoms, but I'm sure that they could equally mean absolutely nothing too! I also have no symptoms that i remember having with dd so.....on one hand I feel like it's definitely worked and on the other I feel like everything is wishful thinking and it hasn't lol

i'm basically just overanalysing every single thing lol. Only 1 week left til otd 😬😁😬😁

Thing with googling pregnancy symptoms is pretty much every single thing you could think of has been listed by someone somewhere as a symptom 😂😂

@Kate2461 im glad the bleeding has subsided, defnitely seems like a good sign. I really hipe you get good news tomorrow. I love pupo too 😁 it's a good name for the tww

@MollyD88 hi! You're only a couple of days behind me then. Ive been crampy and twingey and had sore boobs too but know it could go either way. Doesn't stop me obsessing though 😂 I might have also googled what my due date would be if it works too.....no hope for me lol

@namedchangerextraordinaire1 I’ve convinced myself I definitely am pregnant and absolutely definitely am not at least 100 times each already this morning😂 When’s your OTD? Are you going to wait...?

@Namechangerextraordinaire1 - feeling okay- have convinced myself it hasn't worked. Think that's my defence mechanism 🙈

So am jist back from transfer! It has been a stressful day to say the least. My 2nd embryo collapsed and hasn’t re-expanded so they said I should thaw another as they don’t think that one will make it! Luckily the 3rd one survived! Transfer was long was on there about an hour as they struggled to get the catheter in so had to jump up twice and wee a little as I couldn’t hold it any more but third attempt finally got it in and my little embie is now on board! Test day is the 11th Oct

@MollyD88 im swinging between the 2 too. One minute convinced 100% it has. An hour later, convinced there's no way it has. At the moment I feel like it hasn't 😬

@Lrv1987 think that's common, I am usually rrally pessimistic so I'm surprised that I'm ever convinced it's worked. Part of me think its really bad to think its worked cos ill be even more upset if it hasn't, but even if I tell myself it hasn't ill still be heartbroken if it doesnt!

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF, blimey that was an eventful transfer! At least emby is now back where it belongs and hopefully getting snuggled in tight!

Had intense cramps in the night and was convinced my period would arrive this morning, but nothing yet. @Namechangerextraordinaire1 I am also in a ‘definitely hasn’t worked’ mindset now and just want to crack on with it!

Anyone else getting lots of discharge with progesterone pessaries? Wondering if
I'm not getting them in far enough- lots of discharge- and it's white - which I'm
Worried is the medicine coming out....

@Lrv1987 yes I get that, the nurses said its perfectly normal. The progesterone itself is absorbed within around 30 mins and everything else is just the waxy shell type thing! It's gross though isnt it

Don't know about you ladies but I can stop eating- mostly casks - don't normally have a sweet tooth 🙈

I’m a bit scared I have started spotting already and still quite crampy after my 1st fet I am now scared as I started spotting 3days after transfer continuously till I got my bfp and then it carried on till the massive bleed at 5 weeks! 😩

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF - I know it's easy for me to say- but try and relax - it could be anything- and anxiety will play tricks on you. Get into some pjs- have a warm drink and maybe watch some trash on tv.

@Lrv1987 thankyou I already am in pjs watching crappy tv!! Just reread my post and it doesn’t make sense! I think I will just be more worried this time but your right it could be anything will see how it goes and ring the clinic tomorrow if needs be and see what they say! Xx

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF - that's good- pjs are the best- I bought some new ones yesterday because I was sad 🙈
Do phone the clinic if you're worried- and look after you xx

I’m due to test 10th October
And have been cramping since yesterday evening on and off. Not much today though. It is so hard this wait. One minute I’m all yep it’s going to happen to then negative again. It’s only been two days post transfer. When you want it so bad and I’m already talking to it saying how much you are wanted etc In the hope that makes a difference!

@GreyC I think our Test day is the same (mine 11th but doing it evening of 12th) it’s really interesting how different rest days are at different clinics -I’m not 6dp5dt and meant to wait till 14-is your rest about 9 days after? I think I’m in quite a negative mindset that it just isn’t going to happen. Don’t feel any diffferent.

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF could it be implantation spotting? Maybe worth ringing the clinic to put your mind at rest

Also -slightly geeky -but puzzles are an amazing mindful distraction in the tww!
