Hi all. I had a 5 day blast transferred om the 26th, going slowly insane in the tww! Anyone else waiting to test? My otd us not til 9th Oct

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF has the spotting subsided? Like thebother ladies have said, it doesn't necessarily mean anything abyway, although it's a bit alarming I'm sure
I've been convinced it's worked for about 24 hours now cos the cramps that I've been having recently are nothing like af ones but I've woken up this morning with cramps that feel exactly like af is on its way 😞 although I guess the progesterone might keep the actual bleeding away anyway? Im fed up of not knowing, still 5 days til we test
Hope everyone else is doing good? How are we all feeling?

@mouse1234567 I go through phases of positivity it’s work to nope I feel fine it hasn’t. I’m only 3dp5dt; holding out that it’s getting snuggled in my uterus! I had intense pain Wednesday elnight but since then its platoed and part from the odd twinge here and there not being much. I’m just trying to be as positive as I can be. There is no reason why this shouldn’t work!

@mouse1234567 my test date is the 11 week e are the same 😊 well nothing this morning which I am quite relieved about! So will see how the day goes! Thanks

@Namechangerextraordinaire1 nothing this morning and I know it doesn’t it just I’m comparing to my 1st fet where I started spotting from 2/3 days past transfer for a bfp and then lost it at 5 weeks so I think I’m just abit panicky about it! My tummy does feel quite tender still but I’m not surprised with how long it took them to do the transfer! Are you planning on testing early? I might a day or two only because I like to be prepared for either way!

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF well I have told you to try not to worry but just been to the low myself and had some brown spotting. Called DF who is already at work and cried down the phone....clearly I don't take my own advice! Im not going into work today, will be dropping dd to school then taking a pregnancy test. Pretty sure I already know what it's going to say though 😞 I know brown spotting doesn't have to mean anything, but since today is the first day I've woken up with af pains and brown spotting is how af always starts, im not feeling very hopeful. Sad we are going to have to go through this whole process again

@Kate2461did you test yesterday? Hope it was a good result for you

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF as hard as it is I’m going to try my best to wait till next Thursday eve (OTD morning after but can’t before work) after the chemical last time I just don’t want to do it early like last time. It was so awful trying to hold down a job and put on a brave face at work -so for me I know this is best.

@GreyC I know what you mean about up and down with positivity. I think partly because our embryo wasn’t top quality I am less pos. they recommended two back in but we didn’t feel that was right for us just yet. Having said that they did say they were still good quality and have seen a lot of babies from embryos like that so I prob shouldnt worry.

Happy Friday everyone. It’s been about a week for some of us -we are half way through! Going to my parents for distraction and also no risk of testing. It’s great just not having tests in the house -it just means there is never a chance of being tempted!

@namechangerextraordinaire1 it doesn’t mean it’s af try not to worry how many days are you past transfer? X

@FinallytakingtheplungewithIVF it's 8dpt for me today. So I guess in "normal" terms I'd be due on tomorrow? I'm going to test today. I feel like if it's negative at this stage and I'm starting to spot, that's pretty much my answer.and if it's positive....well tbh, I know it won't be, I'm just looking to get a bit of closure.
I know it's mot necessarily af, but it just seems very odd that it's more or less when af would be due, and today is the first day I've had period cramps and what do you know, I've started spotting

Ok, so it's super early days and I'm very nervous what with the spotting but it was a bfp!! On 2 different brands as well 😁😁😁🎉🎉🎉 it might all change but for now I'm pregnant and I'm enjoying the moment

Hi all, sorry I've been quiet. I've just been getting my head round my BFP! Still in shock as I was convinced when I started spotting that it was bad news. I tested yesterday and had 2 positive tests then used the clinic testing kit today (my OTD) and I'm now finally believing it! So thrilled, this is my first pregnancy and was my 3rd try (2x fresh didn't work, FET with embryo glue this time). Bit apprehensive to reach my milestones but I'm over the moon. I hope this gives some hope as I had brown spotting for 2 days at the beginning of the week, didn't stay long though. Huge good luck to everyone🤞🏼

@Namechangerextraordinaire1 Thank you, it's honestly not sunk in. This is my first, and a day I wondered if I'd ever see to be honest. I'm 15dpt today. How are you feeling?

Bless you, I'm really happy you have finally got to see it. I'm sure it will take a few days to sink in for real.
I'm feeling nervous after the spotting this morning, and I'm a bit crampy. But i remember always feeling like af was about to start with dd too, so trying not to read too much into it.
Physically though, aside from cramps and weird feeling boobs I'm fine, it's more emotionally I feel a bit messed up haha. Still very early days. I can't quite believe there is a baby in there finally

@Namechangerextraordinaire1 I was super crampy week 1 then again as I started spotting, then just dull cramping on and off since then. No change in my boobs yet but the nausea has kicked in last day or so. I don't care though, I'll take it! Keep the faith, we've got this! x

I have started feeling a little bit queasy today weirdly enough and am also happy to feel it lol

@Kate2461 congrats too! It’s also great to hear your story that you were third time lucky and makes me realise I just need to keep going if it doesn’t work. Did you put one or two on your third go?

@mouse1234567 I was only able to do 1 each transfer. Clinic wouldn't transfer more than 1 as I'm only(?!) 37. I can't help but think the embryo glue helped this time as I didn't have it before. Fingers crossed for you!

I am also in the tww! My cycle is usually between 28-30 days. Currently on cd22!

BFN today on IC!

But been cramping loads so unsure if it's a sign as had this before and BFP!! Fc
