I feel so shit.
Second time we’ve got to 6 weeks.
Four embryos in total lost.
Physically feel a bit better.
Pain was terrible last night.... emotionally awful. I had to go to work this morning as there was no one else to cover. Had one twisty client who I just wanted to say fuck off to. But I managed to restrain myself.
Will phone the clinic on Tuesday.

@Pleaseletitbeme same happen to me, but back to back miscarriages, around 6 weeks each time. And I also went to work next day as was already covering somebody else's shift. It's just Shit, this whole journey sucks. I'm sorry it happened to you 😔

@Pleaseletitbeme hoping you are okay, have been thinking of you. Have you managed to speak to the clinic? X

Hi Hoping,
They are closed until Tuesday.
I feel physically fine and have no more bleeding- so guess I’ve passed it all out in one go.
I do have an appointment on Friday- that was supposed to be my viability scan. So at least I will have the opportunity to discuss next year’s treatment.

@Pleaseletitbeme Been thinking of you xx

Guys! Help me out - see my new thread:

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/infertility/3675693-Reprofit-DE-vs-Tandem-Cycle-at-Miracle-Halp

I just don't know what to do. Another donor cycle at Reprofit, or a tandem cycle- I've never heard of it before, it would give me one last go with my eggs....I feel like maybe I need to do that in order to accept life childless if this cycle doesn't work.

How do you make such a decision?!

@AliceAbsolum it is such a difficult decision and only you know what you will do however if it were me I'd always give that one last shot a go, that way I'd know id exhausted my options before using donated eggs. What's your gut saying? X

@AliceAbsolum tandem cycle does sound interesting - could you contact them to see what protocol they would put you on to adjust from last time? I'm low AMH also (2.1 10 months ago, 4 eggs collected last cycle). This time clinic have told me to take DHEA in advance with the hope of boosting numbers/quality and I'll be on short protocol again

Thank you both, just need to sound it out with people. @Hopingforbabyd gut is saying Cyprus. I'll sleep on it. DH is keen, he says he never wants to go back to the Czech Republic again!
@westywoo I will, I was on the max dose of menopur last time (450) but who knows what they can do.
Where do you get your DHEA from? It's something they suggest too.

Oh Alice... I wish I Knew more about this tandem cycle business... but I’m clueless.

I’m hoping to get a scan tomorrow to confirm the miscarriage.
Hope everyone is ok xxx

Thank-you everyone. We have decided to Tandem. At least we will have given it our all on our last cycle. Slightly scared about having EC in another country....but lots of people do it, its not like the NHS is faultless.

EEEeeeeeeppppppppppp.

So I'm back on the high protein, no snacking diet. DHEA/Ubiquinal (or however you pronounce it). DH has got some good quality CBD oil, might just have a drop of that a day, why not, just shove everything at it Grin.
I've gone from feeling hopeless and depressed to excited and pleased we are trying something new. Plus Cyprus in Oct is like 27c, we can actually have a holiday and not a nightmare trip cleaning everything because DH had noro while watching more of our embryos die every other day.

@Hopingforbabyd How're you doing?

@AliceAbsolum so pleased you have decided to do this, if you felt in your gut it was right then definitely go for it! I bet it feels like a weight has been lifted now that you have come to a decision?

I'm doing okay, I was so upset this morning and yesterday as I feel like all of my symptoms are starting to trail off a bit. Rang the clinic this morning and they offered us an early scan next week but that would mean we would be discharged. Hubby said to just try to stay calm and wait until 9th September for official scan day. I'm just so worried it's all so new and the anxiety doesn't go away.

Thinking of you too @Pleaseletitbeme x

So.
Scan today.
Miscarriage of one but they are unsure if I have an ectopic pregnancy because of the other embryo.
To say I’m absolutely beyond upset it’s an understatement.
I’m sitting on my own in urgent care waiting to be seen.

@Pleaseletitbeme Oh goodness you're going through so much. Are you waiting for another scan? Can your partner come sit with you? You shouldn't have to do it alone.
I'm so sorry, I can't imagine how you must be feeling. We're here xx

@Hopingforbabyd Yes total weight lifted, I'm just really excited now. Clinic sent over details of a potential donor, she's a 19 year old British lady. Give me them 19 year old eggs!

You're doing well, hang on in there, the longer you wait the more information you'll get. Can't go by symptoms it's 100% pointless. Take it day by day xxx

Still here but have been transferred to a ward.
Had bloods and urine test.
Hopefully will be able to go home very soon.
I’m exhausted. Work has been horrendously busy and with racing to the ivf clinic and back to work I’ve had nothing to eat all day. So just want to go home now.
