Anyone else had transfer today and want to share the hell of two week wait??

@Nan0second oh 5 a day is a lot but if it works! I’m on 3 a day plus hrt patches as lining wasn’t thick enough. Also 4 pessaries 2 in morning 2 at night. Feel like a walking pharmacy! 😂

Had a very stressful weekend. DH kept me out late Sat/Sun night with him drinking and expecting me to drive us home afterwards. Wasn't a very nice experience being at a festival having to inject in a medical tent and put pessaries in disgusting toilets. My back was hurting from all the standing up/walking about and when I told him I wanted/needed to go home, he whined on about getting another drink and staying later.

The last cycle he disappeared for a whole night leaving me sick with worry and confessed to taking drugs (he had been going through another traumatic event, but still!). I was feeling symptoms before he disappeared but non after, concerned me that the stress might have stopped implantation.

I've just thrown him out. How can I be with someone, going through all of this for them/us, and they treat me so poorly. Really think this is it. I know it's a very stressful time but surely he should be treating me perfectly, and making me feel looked after and protected? Do you think I'm being unreasonable?

Could really do without all of this crap :(

Oh @FingersXssd83 I am so sorry to read this. You poor thing.

IVF or not, you are totally right to have asked your DH to leave. He needs to bloody well man up and support you and your needs! Being the sober one is no fun when you are pumped full of meds and in the heat. This window of your lives is so short (although doesn't feel it always!) and he should be making sacrifices in the same way you have done.

I do know of another lady who had a very similar situation with her partner resulting in him walking out during the two week wait. She got her BFP despite the stress. That little embryo is stronger than you realise, just look after you right now and let your husband think about what he needs to do differently. For your own sanity as you are under so much stress, avoid arguments and if that means not seeing DH until after the tww, so be it.

Oh @FingersXssd83 I’m so sorry. what an incredibly shitty thing to happen. Hopefully some head space might make him come to his senses. As @lpk1087 has said your little embryo is stronger than you think. Look after yourself.

I am currently away for a few days and have forgotten to pack an evorel patch the change on Wednesday so now having a panic about that. Not much I can do but hoping to god it doesn’t ruin our chances.

Thanks @lpk1087 @Whatelsecouldibecalled Hoping he finally sees the true impact this is having on me, it's just so tough isn't it. He said that he'd look into getting me a lap & dye arranged and speak to someone he knows about treatment oversees if our third cycle fails. I know he cares, it's just not matched to the level of support that I need...

Will it just be one patch @Whatelsecouldibecalled that you'll be delayed with and for how long? I'm sure you'll be that dosed up already it won't make much difference, could you head back for it at all if it's bothering you? You've done so well getting to this point so I'm sure it's the last thing you'll want to be worrying about!

How's everyone doing symptom-wise? I'm 7dp3dt and feel nothing, no cramps, boobs feel small - I'm definitely out! x

Care have been fantastic. I phoned to explain about patch and they have emailed me a prescription which I have then managed take a pharmacy. We’re abroad so it’s been a bit tricky. Going back to hopefully collect at 3pm. They only have 50 patches not 100 but same brand so she said it was fine to stick two on. Bloody drama.

Yeah @Whatelsecouldibecalled, had so many apologies yesterday and today. He's a lovely man, I really wish it wasn't like this. It's really testing our relationship and some!

So pleased Care sorted your prescription. They're super helpful when you really need them. I hope you got it collected in time and can now enjoy your break. Will you be away for your OTD or back home? One week to go (almost!) 😬 x

Yep all sorted collected prescription ready for tomorrow. No we will be back for test day. We come home on Thursday. Been nice though. Nearly a week down! 💪 I’ve had a bit of cramping tonight. Hope it’s not a bad sign 😫 so hard not to worry

Also a friend said to me I’d your relationship can survive ivf it can survive anything. The whole thing is nuts. Be kind to yourself x

Ooh cramping a week before is great news @Whatelsecouldibecalled!!! I'm on boob and knicker watch, no action unfortunately. Always think of boob heaviness/pain as being the best sing from reading others' stories. Who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

On my two fresh cycles, I had bled before today so called Care to ask whether the FET medication would stop my period and they said that for some it does, some is doesn't and try to not second guess or worry, just carry on until test day. If only they knew how bloody hard this is haha!

Ha! Try not to second guess are worry! 😂

I do feel like my boobs are fuller but that could all be the meds.

Who knows. Need to tough it out for another 7 days. 💪💪

The wait has driven me totally bonkers. Have done all the meditation, sleeping etc that I can do! I've started working from home today just for a distraction.
I caved and tested yesterday (7dp5dt) and got a faint positive, today the same. I'm worried that it could be a chemical and am kicking myself for testing early

I have promised myself and DH that I will not test early. I repeat I will not test early. So so hard! Especially as you’ve got a feint positive at 7dp5dt and I’m that today!! Agh.!!!

Feeling extremely tired today too! I feel guilty for just wanting to sleep all the time!!

I only have the official test in the house and am too cheap to buy more so will defo wait til next Wednesday.
I feel unwell today and my breasts are sore but I get like that before my period comes so who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm 9dp3dt and yesterday started to get a few twinges on my front and short lived back pain. Other than that, noting. No sore bbs :/

On my last two cycles I bled on day 27/28 and I'm on day 33 today with no AF. I'm guessing this might be due to being on frozen cycle and the oestrogen and higher dose of progesterone might be holding it off.

Going to test on Sunday so I have my DH. Im going crazy reading messaging boards and researching the best centres in Europe... Gah!

Yup @Whatelsecouldibecalled Any more symptoms for you? I had quite a bit of shooting back pain last night. A few rumbles below this morning too. BBS still disappointingly small!

Woke up at 4am knowing this hasn't worked. Feel like I'm losing my mind!

I’ve gone slightly mad.
My boobs hurt (as they do pre menstrually) and I’m convinced they are bigger but I’ve put on 2kg by eating loads of crap so who knows.
5 sleeps to go 😱

@FingersXssd83 not sure about the symptoms as so much can be down to the drugs. I’m am shattered but that could be the heat. Boobs feel bigger and a bit sore but that could be he progesterone.

Jesus is it only 5 more sleeps @nan0second. That’s made me feel a bit sick! I’m so bloody scared d this not working. I don’t think I can handle it.

Also boobs hurt just before getting my period normally so not sure that’s a good sign!!

I had a struggle conceiving my first (different challenges) and looking at this thread I’m so emotional for you all.. you are incredible ladies.

From what I've read sore bbs seem to be the best sign, you might be surprised!

I'm testing on Sunday so I have the day to recover away from work.

My gut feel is that it's BFN again. Not sure what I'll do after my third fail, I don't think I'll have any more hope whatsoever! I'm 36, time's really running out. And being in the unexplained camp is so frustrating as there no reasons why it isn't working!!

Do you mind me asking many cycles you've done and how old you all are? x
