IVF buddies September /October continued, heading into November & wearing VERY comfy stretchy leggings & trousers (perfect for Xmas too!!)

All done they transferred 5BB nd OBV a was making drama data ma bladder full but nw and how to pee lil bit loll a think a did pee a Lil dear cz a felt summa warm going down wen a was laying down der lol

Well i just got a call and they will scan me on Friday and will probably EG on Monday! Getting sooo clooosseeee ! Was expecying it to be Monday, but I think teh Consuktant looking at the blood test they think Monday will be fine. I guess Monday's scan and blood test will determine the best approach and when , so more stims for me!!!

But star I can't believe you have never been drunk or hungover... my life and social life is mainly based on good food and good wine 🙈

dbear I have really enjoyed acupuncture. I'm glad you have too. And I cried the last time I went after embryo transfer. I'm not sure what those pins do but you feel much better afterwards!

I went to my office today and thought I was on the mend, but then felt awful this afternoon so my OH came to pick me up. I'm now tucked up on the sofa with a hot water bottle and a documentary about stalking... not sure when my life became so wild! 😂

It's OTD tomorrow. I have tested everyday and the line gets stronger, but I can't help but feel a bit nervous. But we are also letting ourselves get a bit excited now and think about when we might tell our families... I just want the phone call at midday tomorrow to happen so I know what is happening. Not long to go now- eek!

Rose I am sorry you are not feeling 100% yet, but the good news is it is for a good cause! Tomorrow at midday will be confirmed what you know already . I don't drink alcohol but OMG I do eat! I lovvvveee my food!

I am very sorry all, I did not make sense at all on my last message. I sounds like I am drunk ha! Obviously what I meant to say is that with what the Consultant said I thought he will go for this Friday, but I guess I looked ta the blood test and believes we can wait a bit and Monday should be fine. On Friday at 9:40am I will know more and if it will need to be before Monday.

I don't like how I am feeling right now, so leaving work to go home. Need a shower and a good meditation

star I would say your plan is on point and results are all good too! I had EC after 2 scans but that's because my follys were big (mostly 20's and 12 of them) and they didn't want to leave me to wait. If the hot guys says wait until Monday then OK more stims for you! I hope you don't become too uncomfortable, keep it chilled

rose I really hope that you start to feel better soon, rest up and will be thinking of you tomorrow OTD whoop! I hope all this emotional acupuncture will be worth it and my next try will be a success like you!

Hi Scotslass :) hope you're doing well?

I have just had my bloods taken at the clinic to test my HCG and beta levels.... OTD is here. I get the results in a few hours. EEK.

When I got there, the nurse took one look at me and said "urgh" at my stomach. She said she thinks I have OHSS and took a ton of bloods to analyse what is happening. You guys called the OHSS quicker than the clinic did! :)

I was up in the night in excruciating pain so hopefully they'll get the OHSS thing sorted, and hopefully my blood test will indicate a nice strong pregnancy... only 3 hours to wait for the phone to ring!

Ha! Aliona and star she did say "urgh" in a concerned way :) I think she was a bit surprised that I hadn't been in before... I wish she'd been the one I spoke to on the phone. Oh well, hopefully it will get it sorted soon. Better late than never I guess!

She did make me feel better by saying it shouldn't affect the pregnancy, so hopefully everything is going ok, and our little embryo is nestled in away from the cramps and pain!

RoseWrites “I wish u spoke to her”, well that’s just proves it, even when u get turned down in hospital-have to try again. Bcoz different people treat you differently. Hope they will help u and your little baby is settled there nicely.

Star I am being a housewife today, have to clean up. Have friend coming over tomorow. And tomorrow day time I am determined to start applying for jobs (lol very determined but u never know how I feel)

it's a confirmed BFP for us :)

Blood test levels are 600. No idea what that means but apparently it's strong. First scan in 2 weeks... yay :)

That’s awesome Rose!! 🌹💐we knew it!! 2 weeks! That’s great, and I hope they properly looked at you for the OHSS, did you get anything? When’s the scan then? Ours is 13th Dec, day after our wedding anniversary!

I’m in hospital today being checked out by my oncology team as I’m still not well...it’s DH’s birthday today...we were meant to be going for a meal tonight. 😞was going to end up being a bit of a double celebration but oh well can celebrate next week just need to check there’s nothing weird going on with my treatment

I am a little sad today I don't know why, so went to the gym for a workout which helped boost the mood a little but cannot stop thinking about not succeeding on my first IVF.

I know I shouldn't be hard on myself but I feel like failure and I keep seeing baby bumps everywhere, like they are following me! I desperately want to focus on the positives and remember we have 6 frosties ...but my next FET seems like a long way off.

Dbear35 Nothing wrong in being down now and again. In fact it helps me to be more positive. Usually I would watch something depressing and have a massive cry and then I feel like life is good again 😄 but gym sounds like an option too 😅
Don’t get yourself down, bcoz next year u will be with the bump and u have an opportunity to have some bubbles this new year. In Russia we do this, when the countdown begins for midnight, u have to within this time to write your wish on tiny bit of paper and burn it (so have lighter ready) chuck the ashes into your bubbles and drink it! It works!! although I never manage to burn it well and chewing on paper at the end 😅

Dbear yeah u right, I love nails and was thinking many times to sign up for some course, But.. i have nooo imagination whatsoever so will be a lousy Nail technician. Let’s leave this job to creative people

A just rang ma clinic to sort out blood test nt they sed 1st December.... It's seems too fast tho?

Hey Atik how r u feeling? You had 5 day transfer so in 10 days they should be able to detect the righ hormones by blood test. And you had frozen transfer, so probably there is no risk in detecting anything after trigger shot. Maybe that’s why they do it this early 😘

Yeahhh Rose I am so happy you finally got the confirmation you needed! Fabulous! Now on to the next stage, relaxing and getting ready for Christmas! With, of course, the scan in between such great news, so happy for you . What did they say about the OHSS? How are you feeling?

Dbear sweetie, that’s great! You are sad and what? You are preparing, aren’t you? So if you are, it means you are getting rid of all the nagging gremlins filling your mind with negative thoughts/doubts. This is part of it and if you are going to Acupuncture you have to expect the after effect also, it helps to open your meridians (energy passage) and the new flow can overwhelm us. In my book this is great news, because it means you are letting go/cleansing. Soon enough you will feel lighter and ready for the next cycle, you will see honey pie. Be patient and kind to yourself, the IVF process is very intense as you know so a lot to let go! You are doing really well sweetie. Don’t be worried or afraid of your emotions. They are part of you. Embrace them and they will go a lot faster . You should be proud of yourself!!! And yes – you have 6 beautiful frosties yeahhhh !!!!! Whatch Love Actually or something, eat popcorn and have a glass of wine .

Minster oh no, shoot! I am very sorry to read you are still poorly and at hospital. I know you are a tough cookie and in no time you will be out of there celebrating your double D!!!! (BTW I am not talking about bra cup sizes).

Afternoon ladies, still at the hospital for me, trying to get to the “bottom” of the problems so to speak...but been waiting for hours now to see a doctor or have more tests this morning and nothing sometimes it’s so frustrating!

Hope everyone else is good....Aliona off that butt, stop Black Friday sofa shopping & get job hunting!! 😁😁
