Hi all! I know there's a June/July thread but I've started this one as I'm so far behind everyone else and wanted to find others at the same stage as me!

We're due to start a FET after a failed fresh cycle in march resulted in a CP. We got 5 Frosties which I'm so pleased with and we're putting two frozen ones back this time.

AF came yesterday, so I'm booked in for scratch on 24th of this month and start DR on 22nd.

I joined a thread on my last cycle and it helped me so much as I am very private with all of this. So I'm hoping to find others to share with again 😊

@chivin I'm at bath now! They seem lovely so I am hopeful!!!
I just get the one fresh and then one frozen cycle - then nada! It is such a lottery!!!

floof I thought you were by your description of it, DH went around the car dealerships a few times lol they are lovely and my new consultant rates sharp who did my EC. They have good rates, I'm just in a tricky age bracket! I paid extra for time lapse and got a refund when we only had 2 embies which was what we'd put back. I really quizzed them as to what happens if pay and don't get many eggs etc. All the team were lovely with daily progress calls from embryologist (albeit had Day 2 transfer) but then let me know progress of others!

@Floofles it'll be you one day. It will. We will feel so privileged as we will get to find out before anyone else.

Had my first real side effect other than mood. A headache like no other. That was grim. I took two paracetamol and was already trying to think what else I could take when it hadn't even nearly shifted. Went to bed for a few hours and the extreme pain seems to have cleared.

The DP just stuck this next to my bed as I said my mum used to always give us a bell if unwell when we were wee!

I have managed to get myself into an emotional mess tonight...I'm so nervous about my scan tomo! What is there aren't any follicles? What if there's too many? What if my eggs r shit? All the questions 😱

It's scan to see what's happening in my ovaries, Iv been on menopur for a week so it's my first scan..nervous wreck x

It'll be fine, don't stress about it. Your follies will be fine. They won't see any eggs, just blobs on the screen. They will talk you through what is going on, and if not then just ask what am I seeing. PMA xx

Floofles- I'm at Bath too, and it looks like we have egg collection in the same week. I have visions of walking about now casually saying 'floofles' every now and again in case we are in the same room!

On a less fun note, I'm on day 7 stims and have nasty sharp pains in my abdomen, actually felt like period pain to start with. Any ideas as to what that's about anyone? Any need to panic?

Haha I've never been there when there's been more than two other couples!!!
