Ladies-I hope we all find each other here from the original thread! I didn't realise we had ran out of room on the other thread! Shout if you are there!

Hi ladies. Meant to also mention (especially to Harry with the fibroid) that another reason I strongly believe I got pregnant was Penny at Serum also prescribed me the enzyme Serrapeptase. It dissolves scar tissue/ any unwanted debris in body and loads of women swear it got them pregnant. So if anyone has a blocked tube, fibroids or any kind of extra tissue lurking it can be massively effective. I took a high dose for 3 months then lowered it (i got pregnant by month 4). It also is a powerful anti-inflammatory. You can buy it online. It won't do any harm even if not essential for someone so it's worth a try, I really believe it helped me a lot, it also made other issues I had go away too (aches, inflammation and digestive issues). Give it a google if interested.
Hope everyone's doing ok. I am currently on holiday lucky me, feeling mostly ok now but still have some awful days. Almost half way though my pregnancy now, feel very grateful to be here. This time a year ago I was possibly at my lowest point. I reached rock bottom with the whole process and didn't know how to move on. I managed to sort myself out to some degree and found some level of peace and acceptance. I truly didn't think I would ever be at this point I am now. Don't give up searching for answer and trying new things ladies. If I had stopped I would never have got that bfp.

Hi @annabellaboo what does did you take?

AurorasEncore · 08/07/2017 12:43

Dose not does lol

Annabellaboo · 08/07/2017 16:32

Hi aurora- I took 3x 80,000 spu capsules a day for 3 months, at least 1 hour before a meal and then reduced to just 1 a day. My capsules were in SPU but some come in MG depends which you get so would have to convert that aprox. It's not a harmful enzyme in any way so definitely really worth a try I believe. The good capsules are not cheap however but the high dose is not for long so not bad after that. Any other questions please ask.

Hi everyone. Just checking you're all still o.k. I'm still waiting for my fertility appointment, it's been six weeks now and they said six to eight so hopefully get the letter any day now.
Just wondering how often you guys dtd around ovulation time? I tried everyday last month but just ended up arguing with dh and with a uti.
I want to just relax and go with the flow but I'm terrified I might miss actual ovulation if I do that!

We do every other day through most of the cycle, then have tried every day if I get a positive opk. Not convinced that's the best plan though - we certainly struggle and I've read that sperm quality can be lower. Realistically every day should be sufficient.

We are now going to stop tracking so will be doing it every other day and unlikely to do every day unless the mood takes us (unlikely!)

Ha ha tell me about it Boatrace. Certainly is a passion killer!

That's great news Harry. That came around quick. Hope it's shows some answers that can be fixed. It's not a bad procedure at all. Feels like period cramps when you first wake but they didn't last long (and I had some major clean up done in there!) ask for some pain meds if bad. Good luck!

Harry that's great news. I was asleep for mine but only because I had a lap too. Still waiting for the results 7 weeks later.

Harry, I feel your pain. Hubby has cut down to one coffee a day but I just can't give up chocolate. I have tried to take stuff up rather than give stuff up it seems easier lol. Try to eat a really healthy lunch of berries and nuts then a choccy bar for a snack as I know without it I will be miserable.
