Hi india. Yes, felt exactly like that! It drives you crazy not having any idea what might be going on in there. I am guessing you are over 40 if they transferred 3? Blasts or 3 day embryos? Best of luck. Try to distract yourself with a box set or a really good book.

Thanks Jessie. I am 2 weeks from being 42. Had a five day transfer but none of them were at blastocyst stage so fear the worst. Testing this Sunday and almost don't want to know. I am teacher so have to go into work and only a few people know. Very strange to be walking around with three potential embryos inside! Just hoping for one to make it.. x

Morning all. So my brown spotting seems to have stopped but still getting Af like pains. Trying to be hopeful that it's nothing. Really want to test but promised dh that I won't till Friday when he is working from home as he wants to be here.

Hi, was just wondering if any one meets up for a chat? I'm in Glasgow and I've posted another thread asking same thing but thought I'd ask here. I wouldn't normally suggest this, as I've been really private about my treatment but getting fed up of talking about my situation that don't understand.

It's difficult isn't it lynn my family have no idea what to say to me and I haven't really told any of my friends instead I seem to be on the internet reading about IVF etc rather than talking to anyone

Yip me too, I have told some people and after my failed icsi there someone close told me not to get my hopes up and it might take longer than one try. I had just told them I didn't know if I could go on any longer with it. They didn't seem to take into account the 2 years of trying naturally and The heart break with neg test after neg test. Then another 2 years with tests after test then 6 months of clomid with 6 Neg tests, then many iuis that were cancelled as I over stimulated. Then a failed iui, another cancelled cycle of icsi thennnn finally a failed cycle of icsi!!!!!! I just need to talk to someone going through the same. Really struggling with it all just now.

India we're almost the same age - I was 42 at the end of August. I also had 3 transferred. Unfortunately for me it didn't work out this time but if you look at my post above (17th October) you'll see what the consultant said and I'm still optimistic for the next try. Fingers crossed for you that this is your lucky one!

Waiting how are you doing? Is your blood test tomorrow?

Yes my blood test is first thing tomorrow morning. I should have the results by early afternoon I imagine

I'm clinging to the hope that I tested too early but it was a first response, fmu and I think by now it should have shown up positive if it was going to :(
At least I'll know tomorrow
