bbc

As soon as they mentioned that the horses had died it sounded as if a third party must have done it all.

Poor lass

omg do you rememerb when someone actually EMAILED teh detectives abotu a dream they had in the middle of all that!

expatinscotland · 31/08/2008 14:50

It's a HUGE crime scene, too.

Poor weather.

A pain-staking investigation because it's important not to screw it up or let speculation get in the way of trying to discover what happened, what is most likely to have happened (if the first is not possible) and who was involved.

DarrellRivers · 31/08/2008 14:52

ah yes haychee.....[sigh]

Mamazon · 31/08/2008 14:52

the bit that i hate is that the news chanelskeep having helicopters circling above the house.

what exactly is the point of that? do they hope they are going to spot a bodyu or something? it is just vile.

DarrellRivers · 31/08/2008 14:53

I'm always amazed how forensics can work these things out

Ronaldinhio · 31/08/2008 14:56

hacheee or haycheee wtf??

expatinscotland · 31/08/2008 14:56

You also have a person who was experiencing financial difficulties, who may or may not have disgruntled former business associates or clients and whose home and assets were under liquidation.

Seriously, it is anyone's guess at this time what, however sadly, truly happened.

After all, hte killer of bank manager Alistair Wilson has never been found.

What happened? Sadly, it may never be known. All that can be discerned is that he was murdered for hire.

BoysAreLikeDogs · 31/08/2008 14:56

haychee

[misty memories]

Ronaldinhio · 31/08/2008 14:58

Am I still being dense or just too new to know?

DarrellRivers · 31/08/2008 14:58

did she stay?
change names?
now, there's a mystery, get out your deerstalkers and magnifying glasses

theStallionOfSensibleness · 31/08/2008 14:58

was it her?

cornsilk · 31/08/2008 14:59

what did haychee do then? I vaguely remember the name.

DarrellRivers · 31/08/2008 14:59

who knows?
after mumsnet rejected her, maybe she had to turn to a life of crime?

What did she do to be kicked off mumsnet?

DarrellRivers · 31/08/2008 15:01

I agree jajas, money and business are meaningless in comparison to your family.
Good luck with everything, sounds stressful

wabbit · 31/08/2008 15:04

I just haven't seen her post since MMC threads (am purely speculating disclaimer }

tortoiseshell · 31/08/2008 16:02

Oh no, the MN detectives was excruciatingly embarrassing! Didn't someone find some psychic's explanation of where MMC was, and email the webpage to the detectives, and MMC's family, because they didn't want it to go undiscovered???

HotblackDesiato · 31/08/2008 16:24

Tis interesting that someone can be described as a 'billionaire' in 'financial difficulties' in the same breath. surely either one or the other.
but though

findtheriver · 31/08/2008 16:27

I agree HotblackDesiato! It always amazes when people are allegedly on the brink of financial ruin, with companies in receivership etc yet still live in a mansion, own horses and fast cars and educate their children privately. Strange old world innit?

theStallionOfSensibleness · 31/08/2008 19:28

lol at haycehe doign it
she was on the grassy knoll

WendyWeber · 31/08/2008 19:33

There had been threats to kidnap the daughter before, plus someone had tried to take out a contract on the father. (Allegedly.) Also the daughter was on the internet until 1am when it was suddenly cut off, the fire got going at about 4am (?) and a horsebox had been left parked across the gates making it harder for rescue services to get in.

3rd party.

there's no telling who did it.

or if the girl has not been located.

often enough, details are kept from the press and the public so as to not compromise an investigation.

there is NO telling at this time what happened, only the released details that two bodies have been found and one of them is that of Jill Foster.
