I was recently talking about her on the steiner/waldorf thread and read tonight that she has just split from her husband partly due to the lifestyle change required by steiner schools.
Just wanted to post here, incase anyone knew her and could point her to the thread here

Barking:

"The reason I asked the very challnging question to you about bottoms Bee is I think of you as asexual, a sort of bipolar robot."

I'm an Aquarian with a harmonious relation (trigon) between my Mars and my Venus, keeps me in balance, and not driven here and there against my wish ;-)))

"I'm questioning why on earth you would spend the last 10 years of your life chasing parents and pupils who have had bad experiences at steiner waldorf schools."

I haven't. I've followed the WC-list in between, to see if they've come up with some new contribution to the myths about WE they've cultivated and publish on the net since long.

When something new has appeared in my sight on the net in Scandinavia, I've taken an interest in it to see if it is something to be taken seriously and learn from, or just the same bruhaha as before from missionary "humanists".

northernrefugee39 · 17/04/2008 21:15

Glad about your bits. it was boys bits i was anxious aboout, in the nicest possible way.

Who of those is called Eva?

Is one of the relationship partners absent when you're on the internet, since you seem so very unbalanced?

Perhaps you should send the now absent one online, it could improve the whole situation. And send out the one with sensitive ears.

zzooey · 17/04/2008 21:35

"How spooky Northern, we call ours minnies too!

No no no! you've got to be explicit here, calling things what they aren't (like 'feet' in the example above) is just the kind of thing anthros like, it's what they do!! You can't scare sensitive men away by calling 'feet' cute names!

Oh hell.

ara · 17/04/2008 21:37

Thebee's not giving up!

You seriously need a hobby my friend.

Or a good few sessions with a patient 'listener'.

This is honestly the weirdest thread I have ever read on MN.

Thebee · 17/04/2008 22:08

Ara:

"You seriously need a hobby my friend. Or a good few sessions with a patient 'listener'."

I am the repeatedly good listener to a number of my friends who turn to me to listen to their problems. It's a "hobby" that takes some time.

When this WC-bruhaha fades down, I very much look forward to return to my actual interests since long, like this and others, like the nature of time and modern European history (old article, needs updating) and problems of evolution.

Thebee · 17/04/2008 22:13

Zooey:

"Who of those is called Eva?"

I used it as a pure nick name to get some respite in these discussion before I knew you and the rest of the WC-gang would turn up. Didn't help much.

"least this time he hasn't come out in the defense of sensitive women or mums. He did that once, when he thought the language was too dirty or ugly."

LOL I think he may have learned his lesson on that one. He tries hard to adapt to the tone of whatever forum he's on, but Mumsnet is clearly proving challenging. He's inherently a prude. Anthroposophists are not open or fun loving. You guys ar really making him work - on ordinary Steiner chats, nobody would EVER even jokingly refer to intimate scratching or anything, er, clotty, believe me , you would be removed before you could say, well, whatever dirty thing you can think of to say . . .

"When this WC-bruhaha fades down, I very much look forward to return to my actual interests since long, like this and others, like the nature of time and modern European history (old article, needs updating) and problems of evolution."

Um ... that's not a different hobby Sune, that's the same hobby - anthroposophy.

zzooey · 18/04/2008 00:29

Thebee found new ways to link to his own web sites. A google search that turns up his web site as no 3. It's not like he wants to speak about his interests, he only wants to direct people to his sites. Which are about anthroposophy, btw, and not seemingly unconnected subjects.

  • Hello, Bee. You wouldn't have turned up here at all, if it wasn't for us posting a tip about it on the critics list!! That was why you came here, remember?

No didn't help much.

Diana, here's a typical beeish sentence worth noting :

"I am the repeatedly good listener to a number of my friends [...]"

Interesting... You think you can redefine science to the point that what Steiner pulled out of his ass might slide under the radar?

northernrefugee39 · 18/04/2008 07:12

bee, is that why you've turned up at all the other discussions you can find?
It's a full time and desperate job isn't it?

northernrefugee39 · 18/04/2008 07:16

Barking, do you really call them minnies?, we thought we'd invented it..

northernrefugee39 · 18/04/2008 07:18

What do you mean when this bruhaha fades down?
Is that what you think?

Janni · 18/04/2008 08:34

Diana - I love that MNers are going to get an international reputation for being a bit dirty

BraceYourselfMavis · 18/04/2008 08:51

Janni - going to get?
I wholeheartedly hope we already have!

TheBee - were you breastfed?
