OMG

Please let her be okay.

wobblystarryknicks · 26/12/2004 13:57

Really hope lou and family are ok, agree it must be terrible for both locals and tourists but it always feels worse when its someone you know.

sarahu · 26/12/2004 14:05

If you CAT me with a number I can try to text people from here - I can say I'm a friend of yours!

snowdonim · 26/12/2004 14:15

Just an awful event and strange how it happend on the first anniversary of the Bam earthquake. I hope Lou and other folk I know out there are okay but it looks as if the death toll is going to run into thousands. It certainly puts our moans and groans into perspective, doesn't it?

sarahu I hope all your friends are safe. And I will be keeping everything crossed for Lou.

pixiefish · 26/12/2004 15:28

motherinfestivemood · 26/12/2004 15:42

Thank you for thinking of me: my father's rung and is fine and says my mother will have been as well - and in fact I just got a very cheery email back from a cousin who spent yesterday with my mum, and obviously hasn't heard the news yet.
