Clinton wins Democratic vote in New Hampshire.

Honestly I don't think I can take another 11 months of this sort of stress.

Goat, does Obama want to keep the Mexicans out? Didn't know that. What is HC's policy on immigration?

ahundredtimes · 09/01/2008 10:59

Paloma might not be half bad too you know.

[gooses the goat]

ruty · 09/01/2008 11:01

maybe i've just been swayed by Obama's charisma. I do like Hilary. I just feel there is something slightly staged in her campaign. Maybe Obama just fakes it better. Maybe she does have better and braver policies. What is her stance on Iraq? [clueless emoticon]

TheGoatofBitterness · 09/01/2008 11:01

obama wants to build an ginormous fence made entirely out of the bones of captured mexicans to keep them out. [gooses 100x back without actually know what that means]

I was pleased that McCain won. I don't like Romney at all I didn't like his negative campaigning. He comes off like a jerk. I'd be happy happy with McCain or Huckabee. I am fascinated by Huckabees Fair Tax.

TheGoatofBitterness · 09/01/2008 11:02

actually huckabee should win just for the name. you can't start wwars if you are called huckabee. does he suck straw?

paulaplumpbottom · 09/01/2008 11:04

It is an unfortunate name. But its his name he can't do anything about that

ahundredtimes · 09/01/2008 11:04

PW Hilary's thoughts on immigration

I regret to inform you Goat, that we have basically been feeling each other's bottoms with the goosing thing. We can stop now. Wave your pom pom.

Do you think McCain will go all the way Paula?

policywonk · 09/01/2008 11:05

LOL at Goat.

Does anyone have any idea what either of their policies are on any given subject?

TheGoatofBitterness · 09/01/2008 11:06

[soiled]

paulaplumpbottom · 09/01/2008 11:07

I'm not sure, its still too early to tell. I hope so. I would like to see a McCain/Huckabee ticket. Guiliani is still there but I think he has made a critical error by ingoring the early States. Thats fine with me as I wouldn't be happy with him. I don't think Romney can do it now and I don't think Thompson ever could

ahundredtimes · 09/01/2008 11:07

[vaguely apologetic]

policywonk · 09/01/2008 11:08

Ah thanks 100x. So she wants 'stronger borders' but possibly not a fence made of bones.

ahundredtimes · 09/01/2008 11:08

Yes it is an odd call from Giulani. I wonder if it'll pay off.

paulaplumpbottom · 09/01/2008 11:10

He is only bothering with States that he thinks he can win. The problem with that is, is that when you are President you are the President of the whole country not just the bit that likes you better. It also means that he has been out of the media spotlight. Out of sight out of mind is never good during a campaign

SueBaroo · 09/01/2008 11:11

Go Ron Paul!

paulaplumpbottom · 09/01/2008 11:11

Oh Dear, That guys a nut job

Yummers · 09/01/2008 11:15

i would like to see obama in the white house. there's something about hilary that makes me think she's already been taken into 'that little back room' that Bill Hicks talked about! something dead in her eyes...

whereas Obama just seems a little more genuine. i do however think it's about time America had a female president as they are way behind the rest of the world in this respect. but not Hilary. not now. i had a lot of sympathy for her during the blow-job fiasco, but i've gone off her since she stepped up her campaign for office.

UnquietDad · 09/01/2008 11:20

I'd never heard the name Huckabee before that film a few years ago. Do his supporters wear t-shirts saying "I [heart] Huckabee?"

PersephoneSnape · 09/01/2008 11:20

I keep getting Ron Paul mixed up with Ru Paul.

now he would be an interesting candidate for republican nominee.

policywonk · 09/01/2008 11:21

Aaaah Persephone THAT'S who I was thinking of. Couldn't work out why the media was making no reference to his notoriety.

UnquietDad · 09/01/2008 11:22

It also scares me how many of them are religious fanatics. Some of the Republicans don't exactly have reconstructed views on things like homosexuality, do they?...

paulaplumpbottom · 09/01/2008 11:22

They can be bought

paulaplumpbottom · 09/01/2008 11:23

No its one of the things I hate about voting Republican is that I don't like their views on gay rights.
