REGISTERING MY DISGUST!!!

PinkChick · 11/09/2007 16:24

may have been said already, but as i heard it, it was a PARTIAL match about 80% and was so badly recognisable, they COULD NOT useit as evidence, also said it was bodily liquid, could have been saliva?
and why were they still allowed to use the car if it was part of evidence?, and kate still carries round the teddy which was also 'said' to have madelienes blood on it??
lots of guess work, i just hope this isnt the 'solid' evidence they are using

HorribleHorace · 11/09/2007 16:28

Evening standard are reporting a 90% match. also a 'mass' of Madeleine's hair and bodily fluid under the carpet in the spare wheel compartment of the hire car. They are saying her body must have been stored there? It just doesn't make sense. It's crazy. I just hope to god innocent people don't go to prison over this. It just doesn't add up.

Peachy · 11/09/2007 16:29

Aitch, that quote you posted at 15:03 WAS farking hilarious though!

HorribleHorace · 11/09/2007 16:30

also, I meant to add, I think the Portugese police should be looking within their own employees, in case the abducter has actually planted the evidence there to incriminate the parents.

drosophila · 11/09/2007 16:37

WTF - Registering my ?@::OKJLKH

Like it or not people speculate. On a forum like this it happens, in the office it happens and at coffee mornings it happens.

What do you do when people in RL talk and speculate on subjects like this. DO you say - 'I am registering my distaste'.

Honestly if you find it distasteful or boring or whatever, don't read.

totaleclipse · 11/09/2007 16:42

HorribleHorace

I agree, because none of this adds up, there is clearly something dodgy going on here, some would say that suggestion is far fetched..........maybe, but not impossible.

auntyspan · 11/09/2007 16:44

We are going round in circles so farkin fast I'm dizzy.

HorribleHorace · 11/09/2007 16:44

i'm glad someone agrees! there is seriously something dodgy here though. either the parents are guilty (which I think would amaze most people) or they've been stitched up. The Portugese police can not fabricate evidence. It's been tested by British scientists. The evidence was there. But if they are not guilty - someone has put it there. And horribly, that person had access to Madeleine

totaleclipse · 11/09/2007 16:50

It does'nt make sence even if they are guilty, they could of slipped out of the limelight months ago and Madeleine would have just been another statitic of missing children, but the parents have purposely drawn all this attention to themselves to keep Madeleine fresh in peoples minds, that is not what anybody would do if they were guilty of a crime, intentional or not.

ruty · 11/09/2007 17:12

some people round here need to take some fish oil or something, anything to sharpen their critical faculties.

Peachy · 11/09/2007 17:13

Not that Eye-Q though, have heard it amkes some people a bit hyper- could you imagine that on here?

ruty · 11/09/2007 17:21

Nordic Naturals are very good.

Heathcliffscathy · 11/09/2007 17:36

[hijack: ruty....ARGH, SORRY GOT YOUR CAT, have been away....you need gess to help you with that, and if you cat her i'm sure she will!!! so so sorry i didn't get back to you!]

HorribleHorace · 11/09/2007 17:40

so come on then - all those of you who think you know best and like to belittle and mock others - what do you think happened?

totaleclipse · 11/09/2007 17:43

from sky news

A prosecutor in Portugal has decided there is enough evidence to charge the parents of Madeleine McCann with her death.

The McCanns: Enduring a tense waitHe has now passed on the details of the case to a judge who will decide whether to press charges against Kate and Gerry McCann

Why would the prosecutor announce this?

ruty · 11/09/2007 17:43

no worries sophable, poor gess i've hassled before so thought I'd try you! but we got thru the panic.

CountessDracula · 11/09/2007 17:44

totaleclipse · 11/09/2007 17:44

Was there someone belittling us? I did'nt notice

HorribleHorace · 11/09/2007 17:44

what's the for ruty?

Peachy · 11/09/2007 17:45

Nothing on BBc news yet, I notice

HorribleHorace that sounds like the MN version of 'come and ave a go if you think you're ard enuff'

Surely you must ahve relaised that the majority of those who don't like the speculation (as opposed to straight discussion which I think is fine) will happily admit that, as the evidence is

SECRET

we have no way of knowing what happened

BBBee · 11/09/2007 17:46

registering my disinterest at this speculation

ruty · 11/09/2007 17:47

i want my cat.

eleusis · 11/09/2007 17:48

I think the Prtugese police want desperately to solve this case so they don't look like like fools. They have no idea who did it so they are pinning it on the McCanns. That's my conspiracy theory. Of course I don't really know what happened. But I do think that PROBABLY Madeleine got up walked out on her own. And I also think it was more than 30 minutes from the last check on them, and I think they had a bit more wine then they said... But these things don't make them murderers.

Poor Madeleine... Her real abductor probably paniced and killed her when the publicity get overwhelming. How could he/she ever hide her in the face of all that publicity?

I was in Baden-Baden Germany last week, and there was a picture of Madeleine in the airport. It's everywhere.

berolina · 11/09/2007 17:48
