Children missing in Thai cave found.

It appears the children and teacher have been found alive.
Has a miracle happened ?
I am so delighted and hope they will be ok after their horrific ordeal.
It's always nice to see good news as lately all the headlines are of something bad having happened.
Please forgive me if there is already a thread on this topic.

I hope they are coming out today as well.

Amazing news, hopefully all the rescuers will be out soon too. All too often we hear of terrible things people do, this has restored my faith. I have felt so fearful for the boys and their families. What can be said about those that rescued them - truly brave and selfless. Their families too must have been terrified. So sad for the one diver who lost his life, he was truly a hero to lay down his life for others.

I hadn't thought about that pombal ,just assumed they would .

But it could be that all the tanks have to be replaced first .

A new update from Thai navy Seals says we are still waiting for the divers and the doctor to emerge from the cave. “Send encouragement to them,” its Facebook page urges.

This is amazing news.

I wonder what impact this will have on the rest of their lives - whether their achievement in getting out of the caves under such difficult circumstances will imbue them with a sense of self-belief that will carry them forward and on to great things. I do hope so!

Mixed messages from different news sites, Australia news is still saying coach is yet to come out though he’s left the cave where they were stuck...

BBC is saying all boys and coach are out, they're just waiting for the rescue team to follow. Report from Thai Navy, so presumed to be accurate.

It’s the best news this year! Thank goodness for brave people who did this. How proud and relieved they must be.

Such a relief they have been safely rescued and you have to admire everyone involved.

RIP Saman Gunan who sadly lost his life due to this misadventure. I truly hope his family's devastating loss is not insensitively forgotten for celebrations.

Thai navy seals say 4 “frogs” , 3 seals and the doctor stay in the cave tonight. They were the ones that stayed with the boys since the British divers discovered them.

Oh my !
I dared to hope.
I hope all those heroes get out safely too.
Unimaginable.
May the Thai SEAL who lost his life rest in peace - thinking of his loved ones at this awful time.
I hope those British heroes will be honoured in the Queen's honours list instead of the usual luvvies and political aides.
