mp, if you would like to make a useful contribution to the search - a small contribution agreed but some of us like to feel we are doing something - you could always go over to the other thread?

We are distributing emails/posters etc.

I wonder if any of you lot who love to be patronising/sarcastic have any contacts in any other places which we may not have tried yet, and feel you could lend a hand??

I find this thread very very sad. I don't agree with the constant obsession on MN about this, but the jokes and sarcasm I feel is also disrespectful to those really involved in this horrid situation. Definately not MN at its best from either side.

debsy no not everyone has been googling but the problem is that once someone comes up with an idea people jump on it. the emails thread is great, but now it's been tarnished by the whoe talk of psychics and people having dreams, and suggestions of contacting the parents. That takes away the whole credibility of the campaign now, because anyone going on to that thread looking for info perhaps will probably not even take it seriously now.

I haven't followed that, mp, I don't know what it is, but please don't assume there won't be a positive outcome. No one knows that.

And the more posters we can get sent out, the better. If there is any chance Madeleine is not in Portugal then we need to get her face recognised as far a field as possible.
