This is slipping from the news and the police are starting to scale down their seraches.

Evidence seems to suggest that Madeline may have been taken to Spain and yet very few people out there are aware of what has happened or what she looks like etc.

We need to send as many emails as we can to Spanish businesses with a poster attachment and highlight this case.

I need mumsnetters to volunteer.

I have called in sick today to get this started but this is a massive task and I cannot do it on my own.

Please let me know if you can help.

bring madeleine home and are encouraging everyone to print out and put up the poster...

Hi Sarah, I have contacted them through the website that you linked to.

I have shown them the poster that Mrs Spoon linked to, to ask if they would object to us sending that as an email attachment around Spain.

Also to let us know if there is any other way we can help.

I am assuming that this site is being hosted and managed here in England by extended family and friends and hope to god that I am not disturbing the parents with this

I have just sent the poster from that website I linked to, to about 100 people in my inbox - many of them in various parts of the world, and asked them to pass it on...

We are trying to get as many people as possible to spread the news of Madeleine's dissapearance.

There are a number of posters that can be sent as email attachments and we are trying to get as many sent as possible to contacts in Spain (plus any other European country if you have contacts there)

Please add your email address to here if you would like me to send you a poster attachment. I also have some Spanish Translations here if you need them.

Just thinking about Banks there is the Banco de Valencia (one of the biggest banks in Spain I believe) and the Halifax have branches in Spain.

I would mail them myself but I am rushing back out again but if anyone has a standard mail put together and wants to add these banks to it feel free.

Golly, this is making me tearful. And I've been on the arguing threads saying people shouldn't get too emotional! Well done Davina and everyone, reallly hope this gets some results.

I have to go now as I have to get ready for my brothers wedding tomorrow.

I have contacts in Madrid and Barcelona media so I will forward the poster and have some conversations with journos over there.

Also i will make various phonecalls to tv channels TV3, Telemadrid , Television Espanola,Tele 5, Antena 3 and see if they can make a space in their schedules for the evening news which are at around 8pm and 9 pm.
