oops bold fail! Mucky

smilingmind · 26/07/2017 16:33

Have they even asked the hospice if what they want is possibly ?

TinselTwins · 26/07/2017 16:33

"Is an intensivist needed for palliative care?"
They're not asking for palliative care, they're asking for a week of ACTIVE intensive care & life support! that is not palliative care!

We've heard the Connie needs more time and wants to discuss things but not right now it's emotional angle before with the MRI results haven't we?

Judge: if no agreement by Friday, when would Charlie be transferred to a hospice? Butler-Cole: let’s deal with that in private.

MrsSthe3rd · 26/07/2017 16:33

FRIDAY???

I'm sorry but the Judge has lost much of my respect these last 2 days. Poor Charlie

totallyliterally · 26/07/2017 16:33

Latest.

Redglitter · 26/07/2017 16:33

This is ridiculous

She wants more time to find someone
She wants more time for discussions
She wants more time with Charlie

There's always going to be something she wants more time for. The judge needs to put his foot down. It's not all about her. Its about Charlie

CabbageLooking · 26/07/2017 16:34

Sounds like Judge is going to compromise again.

SantasLittleMonkeyButler · 26/07/2017 16:34

Ah, 48 hours. So to Friday, for a possible decision to allow Charlie a week in a hospice, thereby taking us to his birthday next Friday.

Friday and what will the delay be on Friday? poor poor poor charlie, what a circus.

Butterymuffin · 26/07/2017 16:34

I don't think Connie and Chris are in disagreement. I think they've decided that one of them comes to court now and one stays with Charlie.

Fiona Paterson for GOSH: any delay compounds the misery. We don’t wish to rush this but this can’t drag on into another day.

a schedule for hospice transfer must be agreed ahead of that. All parties trying to keep dates and times of that private.

Justice Francis says he has gone to every length to accomodate wishes of the parents. Says if no agreement by this Friday deadline then

Ceto · 26/07/2017 16:35

CGF:

Armstrong proposes transfer to hospice for several days, while seek home care. Backup plan: transfer to hospice for several hrs only.

... And an application for transfer to home care would of course require another hearing. And then they'd want him at home for several days.

Poor, poor Charlie.

Fancythat69 · 26/07/2017 16:35

And if she finds someone else in that time, what then?

I do not understand the need for privacy now after turning this into a circus????

CocoaLeaves · 26/07/2017 16:35

Heart-breakingFlowers poor poor woman.

Of course she wants more time.

She is sitting in that court fighting for what she believes is best for her son to the last. She wants to feel she has done everything she can. The judge will have to do his job and tell her when to let go, because she cannot make that decision herself.

Paterson for GOSH: Charlie must be transferred to a hospice, if that’s what’s to happen, no later than Friday.

OP posts:
TheDevilMadeMeDoIt · 26/07/2017 16:35

So the decision is delayed again, and we have another deadline.

Who is going to emerge from the rabbit hole at the 11th hour this time?
