If anyone wants to post, perhaps we could consider what implications today's case might have for others in future ... ?

@lanouvelleheloise

That would be fine if it were practical and could be done without the logistical issues GOSH have outlined.

It appears now that there is a breakdown of communications between the parents and GOSH.

blueskyinmarch · 25/07/2017 14:30

C&C obviously refusing to heed the words of JF from yesterday that mediation is the best way. It seems they just refuse to cooperate in any way with GOSH.

oakleaffy · 25/07/2017 14:31

CA will block the street outside house with stuffed monkeys,keening and candles. Keep Charlie's passing private and peaceful.. :(

angelnix · 25/07/2017 14:31

@JoshuaRozenberg

Gollop: GOSH would wish to meet the family's wishes if practical, safe and in Charlie's best interests.

NotLachsAgainMother · 25/07/2017 14:31

This is hideous. I have to look away and leave them to it. Sad

MissHavishamsleftdaffodil · 25/07/2017 14:32

This is rather demonstrating what GOSH have been up against.

AcrossthePond55 · 25/07/2017 14:32

I misunderstood MJF words I guess, Cavemum. He was admonishing rather than instructing.

Ellie56 · 25/07/2017 14:32

Why on earth is this still public?

angelnix · 25/07/2017 14:33

@JoshuaRozenberg

Gollop: a plan had been worked out two weeks ago to avoid any sudden mishap. If that's now proposed, we could look into it.

bottomhangingout · 25/07/2017 14:33

Mediation surely means an outside, neutral party leading the discussion and managing two divergent opinions. C&C do not need to talk directly with Gosh. So why would they refuse mediation.

scottishdiem · 25/07/2017 14:33

"avoid any sudden mishap"

Thats quite a loaded term right there.

GabsAlot · 25/07/2017 14:33

its just stirring things up thy clearly rfuse to talk to gosh about anything an thy want everyone to know it

angelnix · 25/07/2017 14:34

@JoshuaRozenberg

Gollop: we have to balance parents' wishes with Charlie's best interests.

GinSoakedTwitchyPony · 25/07/2017 14:34

Agree Gabs.

AcrossthePond55 · 25/07/2017 14:35

If there had been some sort of plan to move Charlie, I wonder if the problem now is that no GOSH personnel wants to be involved and GOSH refuses to force them.

JaneEyre70 · 25/07/2017 14:35

Poor Charlie. I thought his freedom from pain was in sight yesterday. This is awful Sad

oakleaffy · 25/07/2017 14:35

''Avoid any sudden mishap? what does this hint at? sounds ominous.

angelnix · 25/07/2017 14:35

@JoshuaRozenberg

Gollop: the expert evidence just delivered to the court is of uncertain weight. It was not presented to consultants this morning.

What ' evidence' are they talking about?

SantasLittleMonkeyButler · 25/07/2017 14:36

Eh? There's new expert evidence? At this stage?

SomeDyke · 25/07/2017 14:36

Not another battle of the experts.......................

This is just beyond awful. I hope Charlie is 'beyond experience'......

angelnix · 25/07/2017 14:36

bluesky - that's what I asked!

GabsAlot · 25/07/2017 14:36
