I don't think he was remotely creepy but found it a bit embarrassing, for some reason.
Maybe because Glastonbury is so expensive and hence quite elitist these days.

ForalltheSaints · 24/06/2017 19:53

Bad timing as one of my family is playing at Glastonbury and would have been at virtually the same time.

No worse than Neil Kinnock in a music video and a lot better than Ed Miliband visiting Russell Brand, or David Cameron going to Ibiza.

MilkTrayLimeBarrel · 24/06/2017 19:55

I hate him - bloody socialist. Don't care how many hate comments I get - he is a con man.

elephantoverthehill · 24/06/2017 19:57

Did anyone listen to 'Dead Ringers' on Friday evening? Grin

Finola1step · 24/06/2017 19:59

Creep? At Glastonbury? I think some of you are confusing JC for Thom Yorke.

StinkPickle · 24/06/2017 19:59

He turned up in a fleet of gas guzzling 4x4s.

Hypocritical idiot

Sheffiedl · 24/06/2017 20:00

Love him.

Lordamighty · 24/06/2017 20:00

Creepy as fuck, total conman, left wing version of Trump.

Sittinginthesun · 24/06/2017 20:01

Well, I watched the speech, and thought he was fantastic. Apparently so did several thousand people in the crowd. And a good proportion of my Facebook feed.

Elledouble · 24/06/2017 20:02

Glastonbury has always had a political edge. It was originally a CND fundraiser for fuck's sake!

Ugh yourself.

Scandelicious · 24/06/2017 20:02

Trump all over

IfYouGoDownToTheWoodsToday · 24/06/2017 20:02

Get him arrested! How very dare he make a speech whilst people listen! Bare faced cheek of the man!Hmm

whitehandledkitchenknife · 24/06/2017 20:04

Shame on him for being personable and sincere and enthusiastic and a great speaker. How dare he have masses of people behind him, of all ages. How very dare he keep increasing his popularity .

Desperate for votes? I don't think so.

PortiaCastis · 24/06/2017 20:05

Well he made a brilliant speech and didn't say Ugh to anyone

Sheffiedl · 24/06/2017 20:06

Qui
bottom of the barrel for votes! hell do anything, hes that desperate.
Not as desperate as Tories calling a referendum and making minced meat out of our country.

WowserBowser · 24/06/2017 20:06

Stockpile, you a Daily Fail reader by any chance? Yuk, yuk. A creep for telling young people it's better to build bridges than walls? He's a creeper, he's a weirdo. And he's winning, the children are winning. Celebrate

IfYouGoDownToTheWoodsToday · 24/06/2017 20:09

Wowser😂😂😂

PhyllisNights · 24/06/2017 20:10

Heaven forbid that a politician is engaging with young people and getting them to vote.

Worry about the people in the audience dehydrated, getting sun stroke, drinking too much & taking drugs.

KERALA1 · 24/06/2017 20:10

He and the youth vote are going to sweep all the Jacob Rees mogg Theresa May boris horrors away. Cannot wait.

wanderings · 24/06/2017 20:10

Has he promised the second coming of Jesus yet?

GhostofFrankGrimes · 24/06/2017 20:11

The regressive right are seething. One minute JC is unelectable the next he is a populist. Love it!

IfYouGoDownToTheWoodsToday · 24/06/2017 20:12

I can't wait either Kerala. The new generation, ime are far kinder and fairer than the old dinasaur politicians.

MadameJosephine · 24/06/2017 20:12

Thanks for posting that branleuse I hadn't seen it yet.

I joined the Labour party last year in support of Jeremy and I've been amazed and delighted to see him go from strength to strength. His aim is to build a society where everybody cares about each other and that works for us all, not just a privileged few, what a creep eh? Hmm
