You can't compare an elderly dementia sufferer to a drunk 19yr girl who willingly went back to a hotel room with a stranger!!!!

Is this for real?

Here is what we know from CE's own account:

His friend tells him "I've got a bird" so he turns the cab round to go to the hotel where his friend is taking her. His friends go too to video the encounter through the window.
The room is booked in CM's name so CE lies to get a key.
The woman (teenager in fact) is drunk, two times over the drink drive limit. Possibly drugged (not accusing CE of this) but no trace found, although the drugs could have left her system by the time she was tested.
CE goes into the dark room where his friend is having sex with the teenager (we don't know if consensually or not). His friend offers him to "have a go" and we are told she says yes.
CE goes to the window and shushes the people videoing.
He penetrates the woman but does not speak to her at any point.
He then leaves via the fire escape so as not to been seen on CCTV.
Given how drunk she was, that he lied to gain access to the room, snuck out and never spoke to her at any point, the police believed he did not have consent or believe he had consent.
He then claims she was a willing participant. Which pretty much all rapists do, don't they?

I never said she was asking for it. I've maintained that I simply don't believe he raped her. She went there with a stranger for sex. His mate walks in asks to join in or is asked if he would like to join in- consent is given- he joins in and leaves via fire escape so he's not seen!! Or, man takes very drunk woman to hotel room and has sex with her (she's too drunk to actively consent), his makes lets himself in and she's semi conscious and he "has a go". She wakes up having pissed the bed and with sore genitals and with no bag and calls the police and tells them she doesn't know what has happened or how she got there. They decide she's been raped. Man is interviewed by police and admits he lied his way into a dark room where his friend was having sex with a very drunk teenager and without ever uttering a word to her, also penetrates her.
Claims it was consensual. Who has more motivation to lie? The woman did not accuse him of rape, she said she didn't know what had happened.

Why do you feel the need to defend a man who at the very least:
cheated on his fiance
took advantage of a very drunk teenager
legged it down the fire escape leaving a woman alone in a room, a woman so drunk his friend advised the recpetionist to check on her cos she was "sick"
stood by as his supporters named her (breaking the law)
Stood by as his supporters called her a whore

And there we have it. A difference in opinion- I believe the first as do a lot of people and you believe the latter as do a lot of people.

The first jury believe he raped her. The police believe he raped her. He says he had sex with her without ever talking to her when she was 2 times over the drink drive limit. I believe he did not have consent and knew it and didn't care.
That he can pay 2 people to agree with his "she was asking for it" line doesn't change my opinion.

I would also be curious as to why my daughter would choose to have sex again do soon with someone after such an ordeal.
