My uncle sent me this and thought it was an appropriate time to share it with you

The Truth?

OP posts:

Blimey:

Tinker · 01/01/2007 19:26

Clarify "part-owner" and how many other companies also had security provided by this company? Go on Jan, go on

That doesn't surprise me - no doubt Bush admin is bent, would get their mits on anything that could provide money - WTC already been a terrorist target, USA airlines as likely as any to be hi-jacked/blown-up = good risk. Or is a bad risk if they were meant to be providing security?

ludaloo · 01/01/2007 19:31

Can I just show you this....

pentagon attack

It really is alarming!...

The Pentagon released one official video...from their one and only cctv camera!!!

ludaloo · 01/01/2007 19:34

Not one part of a plane was found...not a seat..not a wing...nothing!

Its supposed turning circle was so tight...it would of been very difficult for even a trained pilot to of manoevered.

ludaloo · 01/01/2007 19:35

The PENTAGON...1 CCTV Camera!

DizzyBint · 01/01/2007 19:37

i'd love to get involved in this but it's moving far too fast for me, what with trying to read the links as well...

JanH · 01/01/2007 19:40

The security provided by United and American allowed the hijackers to get on the planes unchallenged...

Aloha · 01/01/2007 19:40

Why did they do all this? This extraordinary, exceptional, vast conspiracy? Why, exactly?

I am sure that there are only a few really big security companies in the US. Only a couple of vast corporations would be considered suitable for these security contracts. In the UK a similar organisation would be something like Group 4 which runs prisons.
And plenty of the plane was found!

Overrunderthemistletoe · 01/01/2007 19:40

I have to say that this habbit we have of turning every tragedy into a conspiracy theory makes me feel so angry. It ends up trivilising real events, when people get carried away and let their world view and cynicism colour every world event.
Western governments have their faults sure, but it is totally ridiculous to think that Bush whatever kind of idiot he is, could get away with something like that.
Most people seem to be happy to contort events and information to suit their needs, if you are anti establishment then it must be really handy to blame the powers that be for every awful thing that occurs.
I think its actually a form of denial, terrible things happen you know and they can't all be explained away with rubbish theories.
People seem to think that they are being so clever as they pay out for the latest book or film on the newest conspiracy theory. Well it doesn't take a genius to work out who is being had.........

Tinker · 01/01/2007 19:41

Why would lots of films be released of the Pentagon? It's the Pentagon. Of course the FBI would lift any tapes.

God, YouTube is going to be a conspiracy theorists paradise isn't it?

Aloha · 01/01/2007 19:42

Why is it so surprising the hijackers got onto the planes? Security on US internal flights was notoriously extremely lax. Planes were a bit like buses are here.

TheDevilsAdvocate · 01/01/2007 19:42

Challenged for what Janh? Getting on a plane?

Tinker · 01/01/2007 19:48

We're Sheeple - those who don't believe. "Watching Loose Change, you feel as if you are participating in the great American tradition of self-reliance and nonconformist, antiauthoritarian dissent. You?re fighting the power. You?re thinking different. (Conspiracists call people who follow the government line ?sheeple.?)

My post (which I didn't write) of 16:18 on Saturday is really quite good, I think

QuootiepieTheHogmanayAss · 01/01/2007 19:49

OMG. All those confiscated videos, none released of the plane going over the motorway... the more I read and see...

Tinker · 01/01/2007 19:50

The hijackers had no weapons, why would they be stopped from getting on the planes?

Aloha · 01/01/2007 19:50

Lots of people saw the planes!

Papillon · 01/01/2007 19:53

... "And we know the WTC Towers were made of reinforced steel and concrete that would act much more like bricks than cards.

Thus, put simply, the floors could not have been pancaking. The buildings fell too quickly. The floors must all have been falling simultaneously to reach the ground in such a short amount of time. But how?

A controlled demolition would have exploded debris horizontally at a rapid rate. A controlled demolition would also explain the fine, pulverized concrete powder, whereas pancaking floors would leave chunks of concrete. Controlled demolition would also explain the seismic evidence recorded nearby of two small earthquakes, each just before one of the Twin Towers collapsed. And finally, controlled demolition would explain why three steel skyscrapers, two of which were struck by planes and one of which wasn't, all collapsed in essentially the same way."

physics911 is a good link Jan

QuootiepieTheHogmanayAss · 01/01/2007 19:55

if that wasnt a plane that hit the pentagon, where did that plane go?

southeastastra · 01/01/2007 20:01

an alternate view is always interesting and worth investigating! the pentagon incident is the one thing i find baffling

ludaloo · 01/01/2007 20:05

I find it baffling too southeast...and the WTC7 .... very baffling

Aloha · 01/01/2007 20:06

but WHY was this almost inconceivably vast conspiracy concocted?

Aloha · 01/01/2007 20:07

Plenty of evidence that the WT7 was seriously damaged both by falling debris and fire.

But anyway, WHY?

ludaloo · 01/01/2007 20:10

I suspect conspiracys have arisen because people are just not Buying it!
Just because you see it on tv...just because the government say this happened...doesn't make it true.

christie1 · 01/01/2007 20:18

sometimes it is disrespectful to question things, what about the holocaust deniers.

DizzyBint · 01/01/2007 20:19

truthout.org
