Well done, Olive, for engaging young people in this debate.

Well, they shuffled about and checked their phones a fair but but I genuinely wanted to know how they felt.

They were also a bit when I asked what their schools had discussed.

They said Paris was different because people died.

That's because it was misspelled in the post you saw. Google "taharrush gamea", and you'll find plenty. The term even has its own Wikipedia entry.

I know other European cities were involved, but when you mention the word cologne to people now they associate it with the attacks, the Europe thing could be misunderstood as being related to brexit
