...because, according to the news, her seperated parents can't give her the care that she needs. It so sad, I want to cry. Poor, poor Charlotte, poor, poor parents.

i must say i have never really understood the notion of deleting an offensive post. I'm glad that the said post was recognised for what it was, but deleting it doesn't change the fact that it was said and that that poster did waht she did,it doesn't make it alright. personally i would rather her post remained so that everyone could see what she chose to write and make their judgements accordingly.

Well regardless of your views which I may not agree with - hats off to you coping with 5 kids!! I've got 3 and they wear me to a frazzle.

Thought lots about this overnight and just can't get passed it being unutterably sad really, any way you care to look at it. Hence probably my tendancy to give the whole family loads of room and lots of sympathy regardless of their actions.

PeachyBobbingParty · 18/10/2006 09:47

Kitty, you said you've been attacked all the way through. I hope you don't feel I have personally attacked you. I have and will defennded my views to the hilt, and I would- not only am I opinionated I am doinga degreee with an ethics module, therefore I am that type by nature. However, I hope nothing I typed came across as a personal vendetta, some times things can over the net, can't they?

I don't agree with you, I don't like your opinion on this, but I have never met you cand would never say I don't like YOU because I don't know YOU.

PeachyBobbingParty · 18/10/2006 09:51

Buta s this thread seems to have turned away from serious debate, I will take my leave- not very good at this sort of thng, prefer issues all round.

Good luck with the sixth baby, Kitty. I would love more, but have to see how DS progresses first, which is sad as I find as my boys get older I am increasingly desperate for a girl who might want to be you know, girly. But such is life wouldn't swap my three for the world LOL

GreenSepticStumps · 18/10/2006 09:51

Who got deleted?? Was it me? Was it me?

TheOneAndOnlyHUNKERMUNKER · 18/10/2006 09:59

Dear God.

Do you really all have nothing better to do?

And that's coming from me!

kittythescarygoblin · 18/10/2006 10:22

Peachy thanks for that, no iI,have never felt attacked ever by you. You have like VVV always posted with great consideration, politness and dignity.

niceglasses, they do wear me to a frazzle. Unfortunately for me being preg 9 for the last time) means i cannot take solace in the old wine!

Greeny, no you have not been deleted. Actually it's ds2's birthday today and he has got on of those cybermen voice changing helmets and he's been wondering around happily shouting at everybody 'you are deleted'
It was charley, but from what she said about her post she was quite ok with it, so it would have been better all round if it was still there for everybody to read , then they could make thier minds up.

er, Kitty - when I said I suppose it all comes down to money I was being SARCASTIC.

foxinbubblesletsmaketrouble · 18/10/2006 13:17

"Delete" "Delete" LOL!

This still going on then?

kittythescarygoblin · 18/10/2006 13:30

Donnie: Don't worry, that was obvious.

Twinkie1 · 18/10/2006 13:31

Just feel really really sorry for the poor baby in all of this. Always thought their fight was a bit more about the publicity and the 'fight' than for their child.

Was shocked when her mother had 2 more kids after her and am shocked that she hasn't seen Charlotte for so long - I really do think that she should have taken her responsibility to her SN daughter a lot more seriously and not gone on to have more children who are now being put first, financially and in terms of her love and time, meaning that Charlotte now has no where to go.

I would have posted a lot more on my thuoghts about this but am a bit scared considering what has gone on here today.

kittythescarygoblin · 18/10/2006 13:38

Twinkie, I don't blame you. I am glad you feel you can express you views now though.

Twinkie1 · 18/10/2006 13:40

Kitty please I have to say that in no way do I agree with whay you have said further down this thread and my views are NOT anything like yours.

kittythescarygoblin · 18/10/2006 13:51

That doesn't matter twinkle. The point is that you have a right to post without feeling too worried or intimidted to do so. Sadly it seems that that was the case for you. Everyone has a right to express their views without people being rude to them.
