finding it hard to read your post without paragraphs but there are very many people here who believe (based on evidence or otherwise) that OP is not guilty of murder, that you have missed those people may not be unusual given the quantity of posts and threads on this subject.
Very many people here are taking the evidence as it comes, discussing it as it progresses and then forming an opinion based upon the evidence so far
Many people have changed their minds day by day.
Could it be that, because you are clearly looking at it from an 'he is innocent' perspective, you are not entirely impartial just like many of us?
We all have our own prejudices but one thing that can be said for this thread is that we have all had those challenged at some point.
It's probably a good thing that you are not the judge and that I am not the judge, because we both reach conclusions before the whole of the testimony is heard. Thankfully his case is going through the proper legal system. Don't you think?
