Imagine the outrage if Christian bishops or Muslim imams demanded the mass death of Jews in concentration camps. So where is the outrage when leading rabbis call for death camps and genocide for the Palestinians?

The U.S. is on a tight leash and champions Israel because some of the bigges economical movers and shakers in the states are pro Israel. Such as owners of he biggest media companys and pharmaceuticals and so on. They hold massive sway and each successive government has been aware of what it would mean to anger these people as they are very powerful.

Oh and it gives them valuable eyes and ears in he middle east.

i don;t see the link between the 1st link and the 2nd. the first one is a highly dubious source. the second on is real politik.

No mainstream Jews are calling for Palestinan extermination. Israel has a huge Israeli-palestinan population, who have equal rights. All mainstream Islamists however, which include Hamas, call for the extermination of Jew and Israel. There are Jewish extremists of course, but they don't have any political currency, whereas asking for the extermination of Isreal is the norm for Islamists.

Its a no brainer. Anyone calling for the end of Israel is calling for a 2nd holocaust. What is pernicous about it is a lot of people just think being anti-Israeli is a political abstract and think they are decent people who wouldn't support genocide anywhere. The fact is that is exactly what Hamas wants, and now all the newly extremist Islamist regimes in Egypt and elsewhere will try to ensure they get it.
