Hello Shelley.WAves to everyone.
CC how about this for a plan. just think about 1 room at a time. Do 20 mins on designated job. Then reward. cuppa or something. I find this works for me when I am feeling overwhelmed.
Just back from art class. End of term exhibition coming up, feeling ridiculously pleased that teacher is going to put my picture up,( am only 5yrs old today).
Congrats to MrBAba and to the Plums.
Plum I imagined your wedding cake turning into some sort of 'KILL BILL' scenario so hope finger heals soon.
Have not made any headway on jobs today AGAIN.
DH is muddle headed and has been feeling wierd since MRI. The magnets must have restructured his brain, hope he picks up soon.
Moth count 1 must put down more Mega Death.

I haven't got a life! !

I am on here and watching big brother.

Plum - Well done you and your DH!

Ali - Congrats to your DH!

We popped in to DS's Childminder-to-be today and he loved it so much he didn't want to leave and I quote 'can I sleep here mummy?'.

She will pick DS up from school on the 3 days a week that I will be at work. She is lovely, has a lovely home, loads of toys and is really kind and experienced with kids. I am seriously now thinking of sending DD there too instead of her going to nursery. Could be easier in the long run? She would get more one to one treatment too. Dilemma! DD is doing a trial day with her on Thurs.

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 03/07/2010 10:11

Morning everyone

I got 9 hours sleep last night - 9 hours! I feel like a new woman this morning!
So much for having a life though, DH and I were in bed by 10pm and not in a way!

Serious question though - is it wrong that I fancy my husband more now that he's lost a stone and a half?

wastingaway · 03/07/2010 10:13

Very nice. Stylish and not like the student bedsit displays they do like our house.

Shelf above the loo is a very good idea.

Alicetheinvisible · 03/07/2010 10:14

Well our hall is very narrow, but we need something there. We originally were going to go for this but it looked tiny and very cheap, and for only £4 extra, the other bench was so much nicer.

FreakoidOrganisoid · 03/07/2010 10:19

Ali I would say not wrong...afterall it's not just the aesthetics but the fact that you know he is fitter now! Also you are probably feeling better about yourself now having lost weight and ime feeling good about yourself makes you more prone to fancying other people

FreakoidOrganisoid · 03/07/2010 10:22

Alice what are you using it for? I would use it for all the hats, gloves, scarves, sunglasses etc that accumulate by the door. Possibly shoes too.
