A list for tomorrow? That seems a bit keen.

Are the rules that you're not actually supposed to do all the things on your list?

TrillianAstra · 16/03/2009 22:13

I say you can join, wastingmyeducation, but I only started today (I may have done a day or two in the distant past, can't really remember).

PlumBumMum · 16/03/2009 22:57

Welcome wastingmyed

Hi Trillian yeap no more than 3 completed lists

I posted tomorrows so I won't be tempted on computer early and get sucked absorbed into MN, and maybe complete a list
(Not ongoing list)

FAQinglovely · 17/03/2009 05:19

hello everyone - yes basically we are a "things to do today" listers - but because we never maintain tidy houses all the time we are by default slatterns. Hence if you want to post your "to do" list for the day that's fine - but if you're always going to finish them then you're not quite slatternly enough for us

Right to do today

  • Unload dishwasher
  • Reload dishwasher and put it on
  • Washing
  • Ironing
  • Put clothes away
  • Drying
  • Bath (me)
  • Get DS's up and dressed
  • School run
  • Help take assembly at school
  • Tidy living room floor
  • Tidy kitchen worktops
  • Dinner
  • Bath boys
  • Change DS2 and 3's sheets
  • Change my sheets
  • Find my alarm clock out of box
  • Minimum 2hrs studying (I'm "behind" schedule with the study calendar)

I'm certain there'll be more as the day goes on - but that'll do for now.

JustKeepSwimming · 17/03/2009 06:09

Happy St Patricks Day to all

FAQ - you're up early!
Trouble sleeping?

DS1 gets me up early, 5.40 today. thanks mate!

Wastingmyed - welcome
FAQ is Our Leader

Alice - our living room carpet is pretty awful too. keep meaning to get a carpet cleaner in but can't face the upheaval as i don't know what happens with furniture, etc.
used baby wipes on the worst patches the other day and they worked well
We need Plum to come round!

Plum - are you set on yellow? my thought would be to keep it pretty 'mild' yellow as it can be a bit sickening it too much.
sounds like you have lots of colours in the kitchen too so i personally would go for more of a cream, just my thoughts.
what floor do you have?

Today:

  • all up 2up & dressed
  • breakfast x 3
  • tidy kitchen
  • dishwasher
  • strip beds & find clean bedding for cleaners

Happy St Patrick's Day combine the two to get a green-coloured smile

I once had hiccups that were so bad that I was sick just to get rid of them. It worked very nicely. I feel sorry for the emetophobes, sometimes a little bit of throwing up is just what you need.

(what lovely conversation for breakfast time!)

List will come shortly.
