• sort out kitchen drawers & cupboards
• think about sorting out DH's photos too
• dentist trip for me & DS1 (1st for DS1)
• do some work from home to catch up my hours started
• get new transformer thingie for broken kitchen light (find old one in shed to take to shop so i know what to get, lol)
• contact handyman re fixing it
• tidy up/sort out/clear my desk of cr*p started
• get up to date photos of family for new photo frames

Why can't you get the disk out of the disk drive? (nosy)

TDWP - oh god it's soooo frustrating!
My Dh bought me a FAB MacBook Air a while back. it doesn't have a disc drive built in so for Christmas he bought me a peripheral disc drive.
perfect thought I for the odd times i want to use a disc.

Put in (equally expensive) disc with software for the Apple Word/XL versions.
Loaded them.
Disc stuck.

have googled help and tried all the tips but IT WON'T COME OUT

can't use the software as need code on the disc....

Even if i ever get the disc out, the drive is effectively useless as i can never put another one in it can i?
argh.

PS arsing about on MN is taken as read on my list
