No delayed exit for clutter - March Flylady Thread 2019 for fledglings!

What would a combo of exit and clutter be, clexit? Exclutter? Perhaps we should just stick with declutter ....

Welcome to the March Flylady thread, we’d love to have you with us as we chat and work our way through our houses in March. Flylady uses the zone method of cleaning so we’ll be focusing on a different area of the house each week – we will post daily links to the Launch Pad on the Flylady website which gives all the details of the current Zone, daily missions and babysteps.

Newbies are always welcome so feel free to join in at any time. Flylady does recommend decluttering your house first, so if you are not ready for the cleaning routines yet it’s fine to focus on the decluttering bit – add the babysteps in if you wish.

Going on a bike ride with dh and dc in a minute. I'm hoping it's going to wake me up a bit , at least enough to cook dinner and stuff.

There must be a dementia near the thread as I've been soul sucked too

zoo I'd definitely cry at that too tbh. Poor you. Sucks about the card too obviously.

I'm feeling a bit better after our bike ride. And we decided to get fish and chips for dinner so I don't have to do anything. Result.

It does feel like a dementor effect zoo. In my case I'm wondering if it is hormonal, I didn't think it was because of it being just after my period not before but after a bit of googling I wonder if it is. I'm thinking I need to take some vitamins or something. I felt so utterly drained the last few days. And hungry. And really miserable and moody. Way more than I ever get BEFORE a period. Weird. Think I should keep a diary and see if it happens again next month.

Anyways just my ramblings really!

According to Pottermore (what houses is everyone in btw? I’m a hufflepuff as are both Caglets) my patronus is a beagle. But I’m pretty sure it’s really a sloth :o

Swimming didn’t happen today. Pool was closed! But I checked my details with the gym (I’d not got a welcome email so I wondered if he’d written my email wrong, and I was right!) and two friends sorted out their memberships and then we had lunch and chat . Also nipped to Asda and got a few bits for Cagletini.

So that’s four of us now with memberships there, I am really pleased, not that I mind going on my own too but it’ll be nice sometimes to have company and just the “we have agreed it at X time so I have to go” IYSWIM.

Soooo much to do tomorrow getting ready for our little trip. Meant to be finishing DS’ DLA form too, and it is SO depressing I am procrastinating like mad.

Might be foxes.

Also feeling bleugh and no energy. Have started antibiotics now but when I got to nearest chemist they didn’t have it and suggest I went across city to another in their chain. Heard them mention I wasn’t well but I had to go because when I got out and sat in car for a bit.I realised if boys were working( probable) then I would still have to drive back in and get it. It is the third time I have been to that chemist and they couldn’t fill prescriptions I normally go to the one near work it again it is right across the city.
Manage to eat something because tablets have to be taken with food. So hadweetabix. Have some mince for tonight but don’t really feel like it.
Can’t be bothered to do ironing. Bedroom is a mess and could have been done by now but I doze on the sofa instead.

Sorry to hear others feeling awful too.Fledgling flu? Mine is a bowel condition.

I was going away at half term but sister has been in touch to say she will be nearby and has a few days off so it will be lovely to come here. Might take her to the Lakes if there is time for an overnight stay.

The dc are having a "sleepover" in ds room tonight...goodness knows how it's going to go but it's quite sweet really.

Managed to get rowan in bed earlier than normal and then spent a horrible couple of hours on the stupid dla form, want to rip it up tbh

Foxes I would so often find the Caglets in each other’s beds when they were little. Even now when they were so excited to have their own rooms, they end up sharing sometimes if one has worries. ❤️

Hope the antibiotics work quickly Bower and zoo I'd have probably cried too and I hope the 'conversation' worked better for you and foxes than it probably will for me

On the good side, I have as usual and DD's stuff all turned up this afternoon and she got to chat with some people she hasn't seen for a while so it worked out well in the end.

I have purchased another large pack of washing powder, as my current attempts to conquer Mount Washmore depleted supplies! No excuses!

Rather like Brexit, this thread may need an extension before the end of March - I am keeping an eye on it and will post a link to the new thread if/when necessary. While I think you would all do a much better job than our current crop of MP's I will not be putting this to the vote (or three)

Foxes mine used love sleepovers in one another's rooms,esp lil zoo in with D's.they wee so close but since D's became so anxious and lil zoo got hormones they drifted far apart

Um, my list for today is the same as yesterday. I think I managed a total of one load of washing.

zoo that's a shame but hopefully things will settle down and they will become close again. Especially hormones - they should definitely settle down eventually! Anxiety is obviously more difficult

The dc slept well , up at 6.30 so not too bad. I think dd was disappointed that ds went straight to sleep, she wanted to stay up talking!

I really need today to be more productive and more enjoyable than yesterday. I haven't even got out of bed yet though

*Hope do comes with credit card for emergency bread etc for today and tomorrow's pack ups til I can get to the bank and withdraw money(have a plan b if he doesn't show up,but he's expecting to be fed lunch before slopes off to work)

*Bedrooms need dealing with as looking but untidy,I'm not venturing into boy dungeon- girls room of doom to clean til floordrobes etc are sorted

*put whites and white towels in to wash before we leave!!

Spare bedroom needs sorting as it's my office space as well as ds's.
Waiting for headache tabs to kick in before I get going. Lack of sleep causing it. Skiving off church.

Good morning (seconds to spare on the morning bit), it's a lovely day here so yes, I am doing laundry and hanging it out to dry! The machine is beeping at me because it's finished another load so better hang that up too.
