No delayed exit for clutter - March Flylady Thread 2019 for fledglings!

What would a combo of exit and clutter be, clexit? Exclutter? Perhaps we should just stick with declutter ....

Welcome to the March Flylady thread, we’d love to have you with us as we chat and work our way through our houses in March. Flylady uses the zone method of cleaning so we’ll be focusing on a different area of the house each week – we will post daily links to the Launch Pad on the Flylady website which gives all the details of the current Zone, daily missions and babysteps.

Newbies are always welcome so feel free to join in at any time. Flylady does recommend decluttering your house first, so if you are not ready for the cleaning routines yet it’s fine to focus on the decluttering bit – add the babysteps in if you wish.

Dreadful news this morning from Christchurch. Just grim.

In work now but have Flylady's book to read on the bus home.

It's my second copy. My first copy got decluttered a few years ago so I had to get a replacement when I realised it was more useful than I thought.

Swimming today too for ds.

Hope everybody okay.

foxessocks · 15/03/2019 14:31

Tbf zoo I thought you meant cheap girls PJ's not cheap girls 😂

foxessocks · 15/03/2019 14:33

27 fling boogie
Bag car purse
Downstairs bathroom floor
15 minutes decluttering

I reached the same decluttering place I always get to. Essentially dh stuff which he never wants to throw out!

Lisette1940 · 15/03/2019 14:35

Autocorrect is about the only thing that's adding to the gaiety of the nation at the moment.

Lisette1940 · 15/03/2019 14:36

Though that was a rogue comma!

Stilllivinginazoo · 15/03/2019 14:53

At least I'm not going to get reported for trafficking Grin
Off to get lil zoo(and milk I forgot earlier)

holly1501 · 15/03/2019 16:22

Hey all, Sorry I sorta sloped off the thread after only a couple of posts. I get knackered by the time its gets to Wednesday and then onwards I sort of come home from work, cook tea and fall on the sofa not even being bothered to open my tablet. Rubbish I know. Anyway, I've made it to Friday Grin the week is not over yet though as ds has football this evening so I'll be standing around on the side of the pitch in the cold doing that oh joy.

today I have

showered
fed ds
dressed ds
made beds
washed dishes
anti bac'd kitchen tops
went to work

got tea on the go for ds then football at 6. Looking forward to chillaxing this evening.

Autocorrect normally delivers some cracking embarrassments to me if its of any consolation Grin

Cagliostro · 15/03/2019 17:23

Not a problem holly just post when you can :)

I swam with a friend today, I get child free time reasonably often now that DH is home, but it is amazing how much more refreshing it is when I actually do something nice with the time, rather than laze and watch netflix.

I also antiprocrastinated so yay

Stilllivinginazoo · 15/03/2019 18:09

Holly we don't wear judgy pants hereGrin

Cag well done get stuff done.must be nice for DH have a bit more quality time with caglets whilst you having a break.glad you making the mist of the time too

Cagliostro · 15/03/2019 18:40

Yes definitely a silver lining!

I’m so hungry but can’t do dinner yet as DD at ballet for a while yet, hence I am grumpy

HillsBesideTheSea · 15/03/2019 20:06

holly i barely post possibly a good thing tbh but I never feel unwelcome here. Pull up a comfy chair in the naughty corner, I have the fire pit going.

holly1501 · 15/03/2019 20:57

Aww you're all so laid back Smile

Back from the football. Standing on the touchline in storm force gales. Came home put a wash on, tidied the living room and made myself a curry. Now watching comic relief. Gonna do the washing up and sort the kitchen out. It ain't gonna do itself Hmm
