Bloody hell
Being DD1’s parent is exhausting. Like, mega exhausting. I am done.

✅made lots of good decisions food wise (been struggling lately but I really need to get back on it)
✅trampolining and badgers
✅laundry
✅loads of home ed (more difficult on Thursdays as we are out in the morning, so I’m really pleased we fitted plenty in)
✅fraught conversation for several hours with DD from the bus home onwards. Like I literally only just got the chance to take my shoes and coat off. It was about school, whether she wants to try secondary or not, and all the emotions and memories that brought up about the bullying, and even more stuff coming out about the teachers ignoring her when she was struggling :( it was a really useful discussion in the end and some good came out of it (like how much she is enjoying the new more structured approach to HE) but OMG. Coming on top of a really difficult afternoon with Cagletini (my usual chill out time at the pub was anything but as she was awake and high maintenance) and DS also starting to get anxious at bedtime, well.

DH is working early tomorrow but at least it means he will be here for ballet onwards. The evenings are the worst!

SC I hope you feel better soon sounds dreadful. Understand about cleaner. I don't even like DH hearing me be sick. Also he shouts out ridiculous things like" Are you alright? " I think.. No,I bloody ain't that's why I am pucking ! Men!
I am awake. I have been asleep. I went to bed at 8:20 and asleep about 8:30pm now I am bloody well awake. I am officially stressed from work. I burst into tears today. I'm not sure how much longer I can do this job.
I went to the wrong class today. The teacher gave me a hug. She isn't one for dishing out hugs so I guess it said it all on my face.
GP said I was super sensitive when I went for acupuncture. I had loads of trigger points so at least my back, neck and shoulder are ok, no pain.
My wrist is excruciatingly painful at times. I nearly swore at school today. I shut the door because a child was kicking it and it was annoying. He kicked it again just as I closed it. Ouch! Was not what I was thinking.
That chicken is going to be renamed Houdini.
I spent an hour sorting her fence on Wednesday. I came home face to face with her at the gate.Luckily I put logs down to stop the undergate escape plan. So she couldn't annoy the neighbours or go to the pub.

My one bad food decision yesterday was having a second Pepsi at the pub. Only a small one (they gave me a kids size one? Wasn’t expecting that) but it has tipped me over the edge into not sleeping. Cagletini had a brief feed from 3.45 and I still can’t sleep 😡

Forgot yesterday I also did some admin which I’d been putting off, and voted which involved a nice walk. I’m doing so much better with walking. Need to step up the cardio though and continue having good food days. Must weigh myself at some point this month, and baby too.

Not sure of the plan today. DH is on an early shift. Most unusual and means we have had to cancel sports club AGAIN. At least he can take DD to ballet though, or rather I’ll put her on the bus and she can meet him at the station as he doesn’t have time to get home.

I was going to attempt baby rhyme yet again but I don’t know if I’ll manage now because I’m knackered. Will have to keep up the home ed work, but housework I can’t envisage ATM.

I have pictures of ds3 after he put his entire bowl of weetabix on his head one fist full at a time. It looks like shit.

I finally finished dds room. I mean its not perfect. But most things have a home! Need to get some kallax for older dcs room and then she can have more trofast. She has 2 brc in there at the moment which all needs homes.

Right well Cagletini actually stayed asleep with the odd little feed until just before 9 and I managed to get a few more hours. Two episodes of sleep paralysis though 😰 hate it.

Anyway due to timing she will probably not fall asleep by 11 so we are going to baby rhyme. Not done any work yet so will have a lot to cram in when we get home. But they are getting much better at doing that!

Anything achieved in addition to regular daily "maintenance" choring ie cleaning, cooking and washing deserves recognition in my book I'vegotfamily - especially when you have 4 DC!!

House is such a pit in contrast to the lovely day outside! Going to cut myself a big bunch of lilac blossom from the garden and that will hopefully inspire me to tidy the sitting room.

Oooh lilac SC I've a bush/tree in my garden.its budding,flowers aren't out yet.my ma swore bad luck bring it in so I entrenched not to bring it indoors.it is great however at masking stinky wheely bin that i am so scared of the smell I physically can't clean it out in garden as it's fragrance gets the sun

Lil zoo actually slept in this morning as antispasmodics downgrade her to uncomfortable.this ment as I fell asleep after I posted early,we overslept(woke 735,older two leave normally 750)...(teacher training for lil zoo anyway)thank goodness I keep emergency Aldi own brand nutrigrain bars which were thrust at other two whilst I love together sandwich a carrot each and a mini bag party rings and they threw clothes on and ran off down the road...

I had wait in for a stupid virgin box,so dp collected lil zoo after handover at work and she's just rang me that bloods went ok and dad's taking me to Smyth's for a treat(but don't worry she said I know he's got no real money so I promise not more than £5.bless her)

Hey ho.

Stressful morning. Lots of shouting. Dd a real grump, I feel very guilty for not handling things at all well this morning. Then went to get the birthday present for my friend, still couldn't find what I wanted so got something else but then it broke on the way out of the shop and they had no more so for my money back but still need to get something for tomorrow . Will have to go to the shops in the morning which will probably be manic busy.

On a positive note the sun is shining and the dc are quiet watching TV and eating noodles and toast...quickest easiest lunch ever (not together btw, dd eating noodles , ds eating toast!)

I never came back on here yesterday as I had unexpected visitors in the afternoon so consequently dinner and bed was a mad rush.

Tonight my mil and partner are coming over after dinner but before dc bedtime which I hate as such awkward timing, the dc get all overexcited and then they don't go to bed. I was kind of hoping for a relaxing start to the bank holiday by myself in front of the TV with (I know I sound incredibly unsociable and not a good host!)

Well that was waffly and didn't make much sense sorry
