Not to be left out dd2 arrived yesterday in a speedy fashion! Hence me being here at this time... She is asleep on me and will not settle if put down! So I will attempt to keep on top of the bathroom and floors but think it will take a nose dive just rocking into my
25th hr awake!

Morning everyone. I've been a complete lazy moo the past few days. I have loads to do but not sure if I can be bothered to do it all.

• 9 loads of washing! 2nd load almost finished
• fold and put away clean clothes
• wash dishes and wipe over kitchen
• dust and polish living room
• clean and mop downstairs bathroom
• sweep and mop floors downstairs
• tidy beds
• bathe toddler done
• buy steak for tea
• buy fruit and salad from Aldi
• put flea treatment on cats (thought Dh had done it the other week but he'd just put it in the drawer - grrrr)

That'll do for now.

I've done nothing this morning except fill the sink
So I'm going to hang washing out
Put another load on
Go into each room and make beds polish and Hoover
Scrub bathroom
Do dishes and clean kitchen
Polish living room and Hoover
Fold dry washing and put away
Ironing
And need to go shopping as I'm like old mother Hubbard!!

I didn't get much housework done over the weekend. Saturday we went for a walk down the beach and then went to a friends in the afteroon. Sunday we went to a adventure park for niece's birthday. Yesterday we took ds swimming. Just making the most of the long weekend really. I did strip the beds and done some laundry but not much else housework wise.

My list today:
wash dishes
make the beds
tidy ds room
clean and bleach both toilets
empty bins
hoover through the house
general tidy up
ironing

Morning all back to work today after the long weekend off

This morning I have
Put a washing on
Made all beds and tidied rooms
Put away stuff that was lying around
Hung up wet washing that I done overnight
Made packed lunches

Once I come home from work
IRONING I've set it all up
Dust and Hoover
Wipe down bathroom and kitchen
And tonight I may clean dd drawers

I'm just about to do tea dishes and clean kitchen again and I've also hung up another washing

Totally agree Skivvy, same goes for cleaning the oven and getting rid of spiders.

Morning all. I'm up bright and early again this morning. Dh's alarm woke me and I sprung out of bed wide awake so I'm up, showered, dressed, make up on, bed tidied and lunch boxes made already. I'm now enjoying a quiet brew before I wake the kids up and chaos ensues.

Today's list is:

• tidy beds done - kids tidy their own when they get up
• wash breakfast dishes and wipe over kitchen
• washing
• sweep and mop throughout downstairs
• dust and polish living room
• empty kitchen bins
• wipe over downstairs bathroom
• take car to garage
• clean finger marks off living room windows

I think that'll do for now

Morning!
So we had a better nights sleep! Ie she actually settled in her Moses basket.
Obviously not much is getting done around here but today I have:
Done dishwasher
Done hand washing
Brushed and mopped downstairs
Dd1's washing is in dryer
Dd2's washing is in washer
Put a darks load away

I'm not going to do a to do list for a while but just try and do what I can. Listing it after I've done it makes me feel proactive though!

Just had an hour alone with both children while dh went to register dd2's birth. Very nerve wracking but went ok!

You've managed quite a bit considering you have a newborn will, try to make sure you don't do too much.

Time to relax whilst the toddler naps. I just need to hang out the washing when it's finished in about 20 mins then I'm done!

For now though I'm off to make dinner and eating it in the garden.

I've put dd1's washing away and changed the towels and put the dirty ones in the washer. Other than that I'm not going to do anything else until I make tea. Apart from go to the park! Dh has taken the dog and dd1 for a walk so I am chilling with a cuppa waiting for the baby to wake up so j can have some snuggles.

Ah no Kim I am just doing the basics (ie dishes and clothes washing) and attempting one extra job a day like the floors.

Will remember take it easy!

• wash covers and hang on line
• wash breakfast dishes and wipe over kitchen
• sweep floors downstairs
• Hoover bedrooms, landing and stairs
• clean and mop upstairs bathroom
• clean patio doors
• check to see if litter tray needs cleaning

I have dd2 at home too tomorrow as the school is closed for voting day so I'm hoping she might keep the toddler amused for half an hour or so to let me get upstairs sorted first thing.

Dh is obviously off aswell so he will help.

If I get chance/have energy I think I will clean the bathroom.
