Yesterday deep cleaned living room, today will do the kitchen

Afternoon all another glorious day here!

Before work I
Made ds bed and tidied room
Stripped my bed and put on to wash
Hung washing out

Not long in and I'm sitting for 20 mins before I start
Wipe kitchen and bathroom down
Hoover and dust
Hang bedding out and got another load in machine now
Make bed up
Mop
Make tea

Hi all, I actually did some housework today, it's a miracle!

• strip and remake beds
• wash covers, hang out to dry, fold and put away
• do a load of dark washing done
• fold and put away clean washing done
• fold and put away washing that has been sitting in the dryer for days done
• wash breakfast dishes and wipe over kitchen done
• empty kitchen bins done
• dust and polish living room done
• dust bedrooms
• clean and mop both bathrooms downstairs done
• Sweep and mop throughout downstairs living room and hall done
• Hoover stairs done
• go to the butchers for steak done
• buy flea treatment from vets tried but it was closed, will try again tomorrow
• treat cats
• order dd's meds from gp done
• make girls appt for hair cut done

Still to do:

• make tea for me, Dh, Ds and ds' friend
• sweep and mop kitchen
• bathe toddler

The rest of the jobs will be bumped to tomorrow's list although I might do the upstairs bathroom later if I can be bothered.

I have slimming world first thing so that will take up most of the morning so I'll have to get my skates on when dd3 naps and get as much done as I can.

Productive day! Dh was off so took the reigns a little so I managed to brush and mop the floors and Hoover the living room. Also bed changed and darks wash done.
Also did handwashing, dishwasher, made tea and cleared up.
Got a scan tomorrow for dd2 to check on an issue they found at the end of my pregnancy. Will probably be nothing (this is a follow up scan) but been worried about it so will feel better once it's done! And then need to go to doctors to get her weighed. So will be a busy day. I'll be happy if I just get the basics done. Also dh is on lates so bedtime routine is on my own. Just hoping the baby doesn't kick off whilst I'm sorting the eldest.

• sweep and mop kitchen
• clean and mop upstairs bathroom
• Hoover bedrooms, landing and stairs
• dust and polish living room

After that is done the house will be lovely and clean. I may then convince Dh to go out tomorrow night so I can enjoy my clean house in peace and watch whatever I like on the tv without being whinged at.

Morning all, I've not been on this thread for a while. I've just not been coming onto mumsnet that much lately. I must get back into the habit of writing down my list however.

So far today i have:

• took washing load from overnight out of the washing machine and hung outside to dry.
• washed breakfast dishes
• wiped kitchen surfaces

Need to:

• make the beds
• bleach toilets
• clean the windows
• general tidy up

Not doing much today other than pottering round the house but got mum babysitting ds this evenng so me and dh can go out for a meal

Morning everyone, I've not stopped this morning and have done:

• strip and remake the 3 girls' beds stripped all 3, remade the toddler's
• wash, dry and put away bed covers covers washed and on line
• do more washing 2nd load washed and on line, 3rd in washing machine
• fold and put away clean washing
• dust girls' room done
• wash breakfast dishes and wipe over kitchen done
• empty kitchen bins done
• sweep and mop kitchen done
• clean and mop upstairs bathroom done
• Hoover bedrooms, landing and stairs done
• dust and polish living room done

So that's pretty much my list done apart from remaking other two beds when the covers are dry. I have also done:

• swept and mopped living room and hall
• cleaned and mopped downstairs bathroom
• packed up and sold a load of nappies on a local selling site.
• showered, dressed, dried and straightened my hair and even put makeup on! (I know that's not housework but it happens so rarely I thought I'd make a note of it).

All I need to do is drop dd2 off at her friend's house when she is ready and then go to Costco for washing powder, I've just used the last of it this morning.

Looks like it's going to be a really hot day again here so I can enjoy it in the garden as the housework is all done.

Didn't actually get much done!!

You didn't do too badly skivvy, that doesn't look like a bad list.

I did all my jobs this morning then decided to go and buy the kids a new trampoline as the springs on the old one broke a month or so ago and it gets used all the time. Me and Dh spent the afternoon watching the kids jump around like loons again!

My list for tomorrow shouldn't be too bad, all I can think of is:

• tidy beds
• wash breakfast dishes and wipe over kitchen
• iron school uniforms
• make sure all kids homework is done

I don't think anything else needs doing. Yay, nice easy day for me.

Scan was good thank you! She has a simple splenic cyst which they are monitoring for 12 months or so. This was the second scan and nothing has changed from the first so that's a good sign.
Nothing much is happening cleaning wise round here. I mopped part of the hall floor as she projectiled on it. Other than that

I'm new and wanted to share what I managed today, because no one else will be enthusiastic about it.

I put a load of old cloths on eBay, organised the book shelves so things actually fit and went through tonnes of paper work/shredding. No cleaning done but a lot of decluttering so the house looks less like an explosion in a mess factory and I have work tops in the kitchen!

Damit i didn't come back and complete my list.

Yesterday i did:

Apparently the weather is going to be a corker here today. Its gloomy here at the moment though so i think i will try and get my list done asap whilst the sun is hiding.

Morning everyone. It's looking to be another roasting day today (26 degrees) do I'm hoping to get the housework done early and spend most of the day in the garden again. Ds and dd1 are back at school but dd2 doesn't go back til tomorrow so I have invited her friend round for the afternoon and to stay for tea.

Its so muggy here today. Got so hot doing the kitchen i had to take a shower.

Everyone's had productive days by the look of it! I have managed a whole day with the two on my own and I've:
Done two loads of washing and dried.
Put 2 loads away (not the ones I washed unfortunately!)
Dishwasher
Handwashing
Made tea
Cleared up
Tidied round
Wiped down surfaces
Bathed toddler
Cleaned bathroom

Much more productive!

I have blitzed all the bathrooms, including going through the cupboards and completely re organising them.

I will have order (one day)!
