plug the rats in to the socket

charliecat · 20/11/2006 12:04

I avoid having other peoples urchins to play at all costs. But if 1 manages to sneak in then they usually quite like them actually

"Well, I did think of mentioning them, but then thought against it."

I'm not bloody surprised

MrsBadger · 20/11/2006 12:05

am not sure 'fresh-smelling house' and 'free-running rats' can coexist - one precludes the other...

If you're that attached to having the rats loose you might just have to live with it. TBH I'd suspect that a masking airfreshener might encourage the rats to mark more so their scent overrides it...

ShinyHappyStarOfBethlehem · 20/11/2006 12:05

cod for goodness sake woman.. they ARE other ways of living/thinking/existing than the Eternal Law of Cod!

Having said that, I wouldn't have pet rats either..

TheHighwayCod · 20/11/2006 12:06

eau de rat piss
mmm

charliecat · 20/11/2006 12:06

They wander in the front room. Just on the floor...laminate. Ive just done that on my hands and knees, behind everything etc etc etc...
They do have a big cage. But they do need to get out.
