Sunday cleaning thread anyone?

Anyone fancy sharing motivation and lists?

Just finished my first cuppa and about to make a start

First up -

Last night's pots and breakfast pots

Good on you. I have stripped the beds and put bedding in the washing machine to be fair to me lol

I'm in my in laws' holiday flat and we're leaving today. For the first and probably last time in my life ever, we've got a couple of cleaners coming in about an hour to clean while we go out to lunch.

Yes I'm showing off but the novelty factor is high. And it'll never happen again! Tonight I'm back in my own filthy pigsty and will spend the rest of the summer cleaning and de-cluttering.

Ok quick list to get my bum in gear to do in the next 15 mins.

• wash dishes
• anti-bac kitchen
• bleach downstairs loo

Kitchen done!!! Also emptied the bin. Woo go me.

Stair clutter moved
Stairs swept

Next - pots pets and bins

I have now put bedding washing on the line outside to dry. Put a second load of washing on now. Also just played with ds and his trainset

Done nothing off last list as realised the dc needed feeding! Gonna get on with it in a min

Hi, hope you don't mind me jumping in!

DP is in the kitchen doing a deep clean, I have to do:
~ bathroom & en suite deep clean
~ hoover hall, stairs (3 storey bloody house!), living room and playroom
~ fold all laundry and take to our rooms
~ polish TV (toddler fingermarks!)

So far -
Folded laundry and put away/put in ironing basket.
Vacuumed bedroom and upstairs floors.
Vacuumed downstairs including sofa.
Cleaned down kitchen units - included some torn teabags and a split bag of sugar that one of my fucking cats decided to play with...
Made a steak and kidney pudding - currently steaming away on the stove top.
Waiting for maintenance to show up and fix my ac unit, turn off to the shop to get a few bits and bobs.

Still no progress here

I got distracted by lunch then we went to the park. Ok bathrooms!!!

Gonna leave pets til later and try and get rid of the kitchen clutter

We have emptied our loft and put some in storage, rest to tip

Dh needs to clean his car inside and out so older dcs are 'helping' and I need to:

Hoover
Clean kitchen
Make beds
Clean bathroom
Finish packing for holiday tomorrow

Just updating my list to keep myself on track! Toddler is napping so can't hoover til he wakes, will do the washing next.

Cleaned upstairs bathroom. Put washing on the line. 2nd load of washing on.

Tent airing.

Grocery shopping done and put away.

Fifth load on the line.

Chicken roasting in the oven.

I must must must get sorted by lunchtime tomorrow because the lady from the shelter is coming to do our home visit for the kittens who are due to join us in September. It doesn't need to be perfect but at the moment she'd scarcely make it through the front door

Well it's Friday and I need to start this again!
