Hi All,

As we all agreed to create a new thread today, here it is.

Hope you all have a good day. I have a shiny sink but not much else.

We're off out for the weekend so see you when I get back.

Morning,
I've linked the old thread to this one, so everyone can find us.

My sink is empty but not shiny. I'm going to mop and shine, then out shopping for stuff to make dd2 a birthday cake.

2nd load of washing about to go in.
I've even put away all the clean washing and assorted toys that have been in a basket on my bedroom floor for 3 days

I've had dh off work all week. So no flying got done. Have rescued bathroom, living room, hall and staris this morning. Just working on the kitchen then I will rest till tomorrow when I may actually get to do something in the bedrooms as well as what ever zone we are in. I am going to stick to baby steps for a bit. Try to do the mission, each day along with morning routines and bedtime routines but really need to declutter the bedrooms.

Bucketsofdinosaurs · 23/09/2006 11:26

Hi ladies, hope everyone got a good night's sleep. I drank lots of wine with my buds and threw up loads hurray!

Relatively tidy kitchen today as my folks came round with our beautiful new kitchen table (lovingly handmade from reclaimed antique floorboards) so we had to ready the room for the big unveiling. My whole kitchen now smells fab and polishy but I need some tips please re cleaning waxed tables. Hopefully it will get me into the habit of cleaning up straight after meals (DS 19m is feeding himself cereals and it's often very tempting to run away and leave the mess.)

Must go clean the sink actually, don't work too hard girls, it IS Saturday (and date night for me yippee).

Hi all FLYers. I am really pissed off as xp1 has not come for DSs (again) This week I have had hell from SS. Saying I have stopped them from going. (not done so) There has been no call from him or anything. I have a very upset DS1 who was thinking/waiting for I not his dad was coming today. I dont know if I should go out to make DS1 happier or stay here so xp1 cant say i went out all day. His phone is off and theres no-one at his mum`s house. (if they are then they are not answering the phone) I am not feeling great as its that time of the month. I dont know whats best to do. I have been cleaning, but dont feel up to do much. DS1 is moody. Why cant SS work weekends.

Quootiepie · 23/09/2006 12:08

anytime As for FLYing today... just about to have a bath, then get dressed etc, and will swish and swipe on way out from Bathroom!

tribpot · 23/09/2006 13:02

Hi FLYers.

Haven't done anything yet today except put some washing on; ds' Saturday nap time is my sacred 'me' time, this week spent laughing at Hell's Kitchen USA from last night.

Anyway, looking at the baby steps. I can do sink shining (albeit sink is plastic) but tomorrow's baby step is to get up and get dressed and put make-up on or summat when I first get up, how am I meant to do that (a) at the ungodly hour which ds will probably have me up and (b) with him charging about like a loon?

Also, this lace-up shoe thing, is it really essential? We don't wear shoes in the house, it is not the Swedish way.

shazronnieWEARINGSHOES · 23/09/2006 13:17

Tribpot - i fix my hair and face and get dressed straight after breakfast. I think the idea is not to hang about in pjs and slippers.
I wear shoes, most on this thread don't bother.
