dd2 made her bed and sorted drawers,refolding all the clothes she has rolled over and mussed up...wiped banisters after i swept stairs and put all shos that werent in the cupboard away.
we have called a truce/ceasefire

made oaty cerealbars altogether-ds mashed the banana,lil zoo crushed cornflakes and dd2 stirred the butter,honey and sugar as melted
we added blueberries and sunflower seeds and everyone stirred now they are baking

making pasta withveg and cheese for lunch
i am now going to go and snaffle that

I am in agony. Dh is very annoyed as he knows how bad this can get.

Anyway, Ta Das:
furniture taken out of kitchen
dusted and polished big windowsill and surfaces
cleaned tv stand (can't move it out)
hoovered floor
mopped floor (most hated job in this house)
went to do shop for party tonight - Pup had gone when I got back so hoping that is because friend came to take him a long jaunt
unpacked shopping
mopped bathroom
mopped front step
cleaned kitchen table
repotted some herbs
cleaned sofa and stool in kitchen
fed gpigs
put dog beds back
ate lunch (bought a sandwich so I wouldn't make more mess making one)
realised I had several children after school and don't want house mucked up. Eeeek!
Shake n vaced vestibule and hallway
hoovered vestibule and hallway

Thinking I maybe should not have sat down as may not be able to get up again.

Oh and went and got friend a birthday gift and card etc.

we are now eating the remnants of jubilee goodies for pudding

its pouring here and bit humid.wiinds getting up too so dont know if we are heading for a storm.glad did shoppig earlier!

might watch a dvd with zoolets then put wii on so they can burn off some energy without me have get wet

Hi all, had some computer problems earlier but hopefully o.k. now.

turned into "shouty mum" on more than one occasion
sorted some newspapers for recycling
surveyed "C H A O S" and thought - there's always next week! --when the DC are back to school--
Feeling tired and slightly stressed today.

It won't be long until mine are off for 6 or 7 weeks. I usually love it but they have been tricky with each other recently. Eeek!

Fed puppies, keeping them out of each other's bowls

Breakfast + for OH post school run

Retrieved broom from puppies
Opened curtains once the sun came out
Vacuumed upstairs
cleaned vacuum filter
Missed lunch
Shopping
Tried to have a coffee, spilt on a puppy think I broke a finger grabbing him to check him, spoke to vet
Shower
School run, took friend's DCs home
Back home
Puppy still seems okay
DDs walked puppies around the garden
Made to coffee that OH started, he helped DDs
Dinner
Flopped in front of TV with DDs

Tomorrow I need to clean DDs rooms, they tidied this afternoon, and pay a vet bill. Then vacuume downstairs, no point today as dogs had to be inside most of the day. Just generally get the house tidy enough to enjoy the weekend.

I'm having trouble keeping up this week, not surprising really with the puppies and all of us have a cold. Can't decide if I need a cup of tea or a glass of wine

i couldnt sleep for some bizarre reason so i got up early and have flown like the wind

as pressed send realised hadnt mentioned swept landing,stairs and hallway!

Ah, so that's we're all my energy has gone- Zoo has it, I need some back please!

Puppies fed, after a fashion, the little monsters knocked the bowls out of my hand. At least there was no sweeping to be done as the sniffled it up.

OH vacuumed the kitchen while I kept puppies off the electric cable

Now I need to boot the big dogs out and set about vacuuming and dusting, oh and clean up in the kitchen too. But I seem to be stuck to the chair. I think another coffee is in order. I did have high hopes for today, I fear I may disappoint myself.

Had abit of a lazy day today and have had a headache to boot.

Remembered I haven't posted on here for yonks so thought I'd show off impress you all with my productivity this afternoon (DDs both slept for 2hrs!)

• washed up breakfast

• scrubbed both loos
• washed throw (used to protect floor when I gave the utility room it's last coat of paint last night)

Kitchen (this week's zone)

• 15min declutter
• wiped down walls
• wiped skirting board
• cleaned window & windowsill
• wiped doors
• wiped light switches
• emptied toaster (must do this BEFORE vacuuming next time)
• cleaned radiator (it's next to the dining table, so gets loads of food stuck to it!)
• scrubbed worktops
• more

Well, I managed to vacuum and have bought pizzas for dinner, so no washing up there as plates sit soooo well in the dishwasher, still my favourite cupboard.

Also gave the bathrooms a quick wipe over, again

Still need to put the clean laundry away.

Currently waiting for the oven to heat up, family are slumped in front of TV and puppies are slumped against a kitchen cupboard. DDs took them for a run around the garden, it's doing both sets of youngsters good.

Weekends are never overly productive, housework-wise, in this house, so I plan to get back into my routine properly next week.

We are out for the day this afternoon but am going take some inspiration from liveinazoo and do the bathroom and the downstairs loo before we go out.

i like to ensure if im going out the hall and stairs are tidy and the bathroom.its nice to come into a tidy spaceand have a clean bath to dump tired zoolets into!!!!

followed lunch by decluttering whole simpleton cake
in my defense it was only a 1lb tin sized cake and the dcs helped!!!!

we are now settling down to watch tangled together in a zoolet heap on the sofa

i suspect we shall then play some board games and i unearthed a never oopened yoga dvd that we may all have a go at later to try and chill them down before bed

on these grounds i probably will be off for tthe rest of the day but as flylady said it is family day!
