spent 15 minutes tidying bedroom ( and put one odd sock in "rag" collection for charity shop)
done physio exercises
put on next washing machine load ( including cotton blanket I have on bed)!
done some work on accounts, both current and backlog :D

Rabbits onto grass and wet towel on their run (pray they don't dig as they usually have to sit on slabs and dh will go nuts if they make another huge tunnel under our grass) Arms now scratched as cuddly boy bunny freaked when he saw Pup on the grass. Pup wouldn't touch him but boy bunny doesn't know that!

Pots and new plants in beds all thoroughly watered

Potatoes and pasta cooked for salads tonight
Ebay parcel wrapped (last of the week)

It is getting really warm here now so I am going to chill for a bit.

Then, I will fold and put away the laundry so I can hang the next load...

arti, okay, for you Brits among us it should be "cheque" but for me it's "check." We bought a Butterfly Observatory -- it comes with a coupon for five caterpillars and tells you how to care for them and then how to release the butterflies when grown.

Ahh - Ok, that makes perfect sense! I was genuinely confused!! What a lovely idea re the butterflies. When I was about eight or nine, I and a boy at school were really into caterpillars. We used to find them (mainly cabbage whites I think - the caterpillars are orange stripey and very furry), keep them in those old fashioned large sweet jars, and feed them on stinging nettles. We put a piece of paper over the jar top, secured it with a rubber band and punched small holes in the paper, so that the caterpillars had plenty of air but couldn't escape! We kept them until they became a chrysalis and then "hatched" into butterflies when we released them. We used to do it at school with a lovely teacher who encouraged us.

I have to confess I was confused by the "check for caterpillars" too I think the heat has addled my brain!
